Cet Hôtel mérite largement ses 5 étoiles. Nous y retournerons certainement. Le personnel est parfait, le restaurant est exceptionnel. Concernant la propreté, tout était parfait. Le all-in est véritable ! Un hôtel à recommander !

Hôtel ok, service de réception horrible
Hôtel satisfaisant, chambre grande et confortable, salle de bain fatiguée et pas très propre. Service de restaurant et lobby bar très bien, nourriture bonne et variée, cocktails très bons aussi. On a eu un incident à la réception de l’hôtel avec l’employé qui s’appelle Ibrahim, très irrespectueux, pas professionnel et arrogant, et quand on a fait une remarque aux plusieurs managers qu’on était obligé de passer par;))) ils nous ont dit que ce n’est pas vrai, et que tout est de notre faute;(( donc absolument inutiles. Impossible de prouver quoi que ce soit, faites très attention à leur accueil et hospitalité soit disant ;( Ça a un peu gâché notre impression de l’hôtel et du pays en général. Be aware about rude and non professional attitude of Ibrahim at the reception. Not honest and arrogant man;( and the managers are not here for to manage but to get to loose your time Служащий Ibrahim на ресепшен очень груб и непрофессионален, будьте внимательны он не говорит по русски пока вы не оплатите номер;( странный расистский подход, в общем неприятный осадок от таких лжеработников, тем более в туристической сфере. К клиентам надо относиться доброжелательно и стараться помочь, это ваша работа. В общем отель неплохой, если у вас не возникнет проблем, а если возникнут даже и не пытайтесь добиться правды, все лжеменеджеры к которым вас посылают здесь только для того, чтобы вас отвадить. В общем удачи, если едете в этот отель.

Hôtel agréable. Tarifs correct pour un mois de juin. Les tarifs en août me semble très exagéré pour cet hôtel. A ce tarif , il y a des hôtels bien supérieur.(presque 300 euros la nuit en août... ) Personnel au top Au porte de la plage de Konyaalti une des meilleures d'Antalya.

Nice location close to beach and lots of restaurants even though it’s all inclusive. The facilities are out dated and front desk staff is not attentive to say as minimum: our key was not working the first time so I had to go down for reactivating it again; we were not allowed to the restaurant first dinner as the reception didn’t give us wrist band; the internet was not set up for us so I had to call to get access… however the guest relations was very attentive after I wrote the Expedia check in comments and wanted to have a meeting with me, but I was not happy to go for a meeting with the hotel simply because I was there for vacation!

The only problem we had on our first ever stay at the Megasaray was on Saturday 30th March when there was a type of Convention Party organized and set-up on the floor below our room, our room was 1040, the set-up for this party started at 14.00 with the music blasting that had complaints from guests trying to relax in the pool area, the sound set-up and band practicing went on until about 20.00, then the party started and became louder. Our room must have been directly above the band playing that not only was it very loud but our room was vibrating our shower rattled all evening to the point that it got so bad and now with a headache we left the hotel and walked the boardwalk. On calling the front desk they had absolutely no consideration for thier guests and we were told that "this was a private party and the hotel had no control on what goes on at this party but the music will stop at 23.00", no effort was made by the staff of the Megasaray to make us feel better, and from my past Managerial positions I know that the hotel is responsible for any activities on thier premeses, the hotel could have at least have made the effort to ask if they could reduce the noise slightly or even ask us if we would like to move to another room, but no, it seems the guests was NOT the priority at the Megasaray Hotel, and we feel that our next trip to Konyaalti from our home in Fethiye will be to go back to the Puerto Bello Hotel where they seem to make thier guests a priority.. Thank you..

Das Essen war sehr lecker, reichlich Auswahl. Dennoch habe ich am Ende des 2. Tages Magen - Darm mit Übergeben und starkem Durchfall bekommen. Das Personal war supernett. Die Abendanimation hat uns nicht so gefallen. War ziemlich langweilig und auch viel auf russischen Geschmack ausgelegt. Der Wellnessbereich mit Indoorpool, Sauna, Dampfbad, Hamam und Fitnessstudio hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Möglichkeit kostenlos Billard spielen zu können, fanden wir klasse. Leider ging das nur einen Abend, dann war der Tisch kaputt !

Der Service war erstaunlich, wir buchten es für einen sehr guten Preis und gingen mit sehr geringen Erwartungen dorthin, doch das Hotel war hundert von hundert. Alles war so sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Essen war köstlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen.

Customer Relation Team was excellent especially the lady with black wavy hair. She was very friendly and helpful. She paid attention to details and wished me Happy Birthday! She quickly resolved my complaint upon our arrival. Upon our departure another lady together with her manager dealt quickly with the issue which i had with the dining area as well. Also, the waiter who wears a pointy earring is extremely helpful. He provided an exemplary service.

We had a few issues when we first arrived and spoke to a customers services lady the next morning. This hotel takes customer service extremely seriously! She reported the issues to the relevant department managers, who not only rectified the issues, but took the time to meet with us to discuss them, ask our opinions on what they could do further and generally made us feel that are comments were not only valued but welcomed too.What started off a little wobbly, ended up being a very good holiday. Full praise to the management team and all the wonderful staff.

Great location, close to the beach, perfect amenities, excellent room service, delicious food, customer friendly staff. Special thanks to Okan and Uktu who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, you both are the epitome of customer service and displayed exemplary customer awareness, you are an asset to the hotel and the company. Thank you, look after these 2 guys as they are rare in the hotel industry. Thanks to all the other staff who made our stay so memorable.

Blaring music from club opposite hotel sea view ro
Hotel was nice rooms ok food very good. Only real problem was that the sea views are opposite a music bar that even in January blared out till midnight each night. We were in the fourth floor and could hear every word they were singing!
