Un personnel épouvantable : déclassement de chambre par rapport à celle réservée et payée (certes sur expédia) et pour seule compensation des points sur le programme de fidélité Ramada Whindam… vous ajoutez à ça une chambre ou l’on se demande si elle est propre avec une Clim qui laisse une marre d’eau, un sol qui interroge, un établissement qui mériterait une sérieuse rénovation ! Et un personnel qui devrait retourner en formation pour apprendre la relation client

hôtel correct, non loin du centre d'Anchorage à pied; la moquette de la chambre n'était pas en très bon état mais le personnel est serviable. Navette depuis l'aéroport (il faut appeler).

Wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better. Looked like they were in the middle of a remodel. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Other than that, it was clean and tidy. Good for the price.

Nobody answered phones, nobody was there, no service at all. Looked rundown drug den style with broken windows and boarded up. No news at all that the place was closed or anything! Felt super unsafe just driving up. They took my reservation but never told me the place wasnt actually running! Super upset just stayed there within the year only for it to not be running its very ominous and unsafe feeling...i dont recommend this place anymore at all. Called the desk and yet nobody answered but when called to make reservations they answered...it doesnt make sense.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Included breakfast but that ‘just wasn’t available’ with no explanation. Toilets blocked, TV didn’t work, door didn’t close properly, heater wouldn’t turn down. Overall very rundown and unwelcoming.

First the shuttle was supposed to pick me up at the airport and that didn’t happen led to a $30.00 cab fare. No towels or soap. Unable to sign on WiFi. No remote for television and one supplied didn’t work! I made 3 trips down to the front desk and still didn’t have issues resolved. Would not recommend.

This place is disgusting. I wouldn't have made it a night if I could've offereded to stay anywhere else in anchorage.

Parking lot has not been plowed properly, and since snow melted and froze again, it’s an icy parking lot. The toilet flushing mechanism fell apart, and the tv needed repair. Also I had booked a room with a jacuzzi, but had to move to a different option since the owners decided to come in and take the room from me. I tried to discuss my issues with that, but was quickly dismissed. I live in town, and wanted a couple days get away, but I won’t be coming back.

The doors to the rooms were very difficult to open. Lose and took multiple tries for the door to open and even then you had to force it a little. The first time they put me in had a broken extra security latch. There was a fee for early check in which I was okay with paying because I was 2 hours early but then it took a half an hour to check me in and then I had to change rooms so the fee wasn't worth it.

Breakdown of communications at front desk. resturant closed during Covid, did not re-open, not updated on site. It was a reason we had chosen this property. Overheard maintenance worker say he couldn't keep working without being paid. Low staff moral. Noisey with jets and trains. Bathroom taps leaking. Place needs an upgrade!

We had a delay flight arrival in Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Oct.06,2023 11:37pm. And upon arrival at the hotel early morning our checking completed before 3:00am of Oct.07,2023. The black lady at the front desk let us wait for less 2 hours, looking at computer screen, sit n stand and walk in the lobby and returned to the front desk, walked back n forth. Other guest walking by between 1:00am-3:00am told us your still here at the lobby. My wife was already sleeping at lobby chair for a long wait. If there's cctv at the lobby by Oct 07 2023 of early morning. The review is justified complained.

I booked a room and paid in full online. When I arrived at 9pm to check in I was notified that there was nobody to check me in until midnight. I explained to the only guy there "the driver" that my room was prepaid and that I just got off the graveyard shift that morning and been up all day. He made several calls, went on face book and finally found somebody to walk him through the check in process. I really appreciate this guy's effort to get me some sleep but it shouldn't have been necessary. How can a hotel run with no staff at the desk? I will never stay here again.

Seemed like older Ramada. Well worn but clean. Bed mattress needed replacement as had been slept in many times and was like a hammock in the middle. Coffee pot but no coffee in room; had to go down and ask for some. Staff was friendly and polite. Very good rate via Expedia, and we felt the value for what we got was fair.
