Très bien localisé et super accueil
Très bon séjour et un très bon accueil à notre arrivée. La chambre était prête pour nous 3, et l'hôtel avait bien prévu 3 serviettes, chose rare ! Nous sommes venus avec notre petit chien, et la dame de la réception nous a fait installer un lit pour lui ! Super gentils. Nous n'avions pas prévu qu'il y aurait la fête tous les soirs sur la place en face, dommage.

Bien placé mais décevant et prix inadapté
Le NH Schiller a pour principal avantage sa localisation, au centre d'Amsterdam, à proximité de beaucoup de lieux touristiques et des transports en commun (tramway, métro). Cela ne peut cependant justifier un prix prohibitif eu égard à la vétusté des locaux, le service correct mais minimal et la qualité des chambres bien en dessous de ce que les photographies montrent. La chambre "supérieure" au 6ème étage, sous les combles, avec 2 demi-fenêtres et l'absence d'éclairage d'ensemble de la pièce est indigne du prix demandé. La climatisation, bruyante, est peu efficace. Le troisième lit demandé était particulièrement inconfortable et petit.

Everything about our stay at NH Schiller was great, the staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable! One of the best hotel beds I’ve stayed in. Location was great, we’ve been to Amsterdam before and stayed more central but have found it can be a bit hit and miss. Rembrandtplein is a lovely area with everything you need near by. I’d love to stay again ☺️

The attendant, Upasana, was very friendly, helpful and professional. The location was very good. Room service was poor since they would not come to do the rooms until after 4 or 5 p.m. by which time, I was back in my room so it was extremely inconvenient.

WiFi didn’t work in room, clean hotel
Hotel is clean, WiFi didn’t stretch to my room which was annoying as I was there in business. Some people came back at 3am and were chatting and playing music, so the walls are very thin.

I felt safe with my husband and 1 year old baby- they were so accommodating and friendly. Easy to step out and walk around. The tram stop is right around the corner as well

Das NH Schiller Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges echtes Dreibettzimmer in moderner Ausstattung, alles wirkte absolut neuwertig. Lage nach hinten, dadurch sehr ruhig. Phantastischer City-blick aus dem 6. Stock. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbüffet. Lobby, Barbereich und Frühstücksraum haben ein tolles Vintageflair. Das wird sehr schön ironisch gebrochen durch eine etwas abgerockte Hammondorgel und Cover von Illmatic und diverse Popartbilder an den Wänden. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um Amsterdam zu Fuß zu erkunden. Nette Idee: Wenn man einen Tag auf die Reinigung des Zimmers verzichtet, tut man der Umwelt etwas Gutes und wird mit einem Getränkegutschein belohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl im NH Schiller gefühlt und können es ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

The NH SCHILLER is located in Rembrandtplein, very comfortable in terms of public transport, restaurants and shops. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable (also the sofa bed). Very good breakfast and the staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel was lovely and the location was handy. The nightclub opposite was noisy at 4am but didn't affect us on the 6th floor. We enjoyed the hotel bar where the staff were very friendly and board games were available for guest use. Our room was clean and modern but we booked for 3 people and got a small double room in the roof, with a cot type spare bed. We were only provided with glasses and drinks for 2 and the teas/milks weren't replaced daily as we'd have expected. There were plenty of towels though.

Pros: Great location. Cons: They didn't have enough room key cards so our party had to share key cards. Our room was hidden behind lifts. We were not provided with the amenities other people in our party were provided with. As a hotels.com gold member - I expected more.

Dont stay here if you would like a good sleep
One of the worst stays in europe. Rude customer service when i asked to check in early. Waited for 2 hours +. got assigned a room which is so noisy facing the square. the room was super small that i could not even put my chair in front of the desk and zero amenities provided. bed sheets was razor thin and no other plus points except for location.
