Hotel bien situé et pas mal dans l'ensemble. Par contre il y a 2 problèmes: les oreillers sont en fait des coussins de 200 cm d'épaisseur donc on se lève avec un.mal de cou. Ensuite la porte de douche ne feme pas tout l'espace donc l'eau se repand dans toute la salle bain. Vu le prix cet hotel ne vaut pas plus de 6 sur 10.

Chambre 98 austère. Odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain. Strict minimum en terme d’équipement. Aucune insonorisation En résumé chambre payée 400 euros alors qu’elle n’en vaut même pas 50. Donc du vol manifeste et le propriétaire devrait finir en prison

Bien placé
Dans l'ensemble hôtel convenable. Pas exceptionnel mais super bien placé entre la gare et le centre ville. Tout est accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel. Personnel gentil mais sans plus.. Très cher pour le standing des chambres mais a Amsterdam l'hôtellerie est cher... Hôtel calme a la basse, sauf quand une bande de fêtard décidé de continuer la fête dans le hall a 3 heurs du matin, et que le veilleur de nuit ne dit rien....

Très bon hôtel. Nous avons seulement été déçu par le petit déjeuner. On nous avais informé qu'il était disponible à partir de 7h30 et nous avions l'obligation de partir à 8h max. Sauf qu'arrive le matin à 7h30 on nous a annoncé que le dej ne serait pas avant 8h... heureusement nous avons été remboursés.

La réception n'a pas été capable de me changer se chambre malgré ma proposition de payer un extrat. La propreté de la chambre laissé à désirer. Le petit déjeuner ne paye pas de pattes à un canard. Éviter si c’est possible
Week-end de 3 nuits, avec comme bémol le lit avec des cheveux à l’arrivée et pendant le séjour les draps tirés mais pas le lit refait, jamais vu cela dans un hôtel ! Sinon manque de place dans la chambre et petit déjeuner standard. C’est dommage car l’emplacement Est bien et le personnel fait son boulot

Le personnel est agreable. Les chambres exigues (nous avions réservé une chambre 3 petits lits et nous etions les uns sur les autres). Pas de gel douche et une fois réclamé, une heure avant qu'on nous en apporte. L'hotel est vieillot mais il est extremement bien placé. C'est d ailleurs son atout majeur

Super accueil, petite chambre mais suffisant pour 2 nuits. Petit soucis la porte ne se verrouillait pas, probleme réglé très rapidement, personnel très réactif. Petit dej délicieux et varié ! Seul petit bémol : pas d'alternative vegan (du lait végétal aurait été tres apprécié) dommage !

Situation de l'hôtel parfaite, petit déjeuner correct mais salle de bain pas terrible pour le prix, pas de pression donc douche difficile ensuite très mal insonorisé donc réveillé régulièrement toute la nuit par les voisins, la rue....

Ce qui était unique c'était les punaises de lit cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles j'attends de vos nouvelles pour le remboursement l'hôtel nous a indiqué qu'ils avaient fait le nécessaire pour le remboursement du séjour nous avons été obligé de quitter l'hôtel

Dear Nathalie, I completely understand that this is an inconvenient situation, however it is very difficult to determine where the bedbugs have been caught. They can be found almost everywhere and are also often found in airplanes, trams and trains as they travel along with people. Even though it cannot be determined where the bedbugs have been caught, we have made arrangements for you, out of courtesy, as we feel sorry for any discomfort you may have experienced. Hotel bien situé, proche de la gare.
Hotel bien situé, bon choix de restaurants aux alentours. Rue assez passante mais la chambre était calme grâce au double vitrage. Le petit déjeuner est correct.
