I was at the 8th floor and there was a private party in the hotel, probably in the 11th, which lasted until 2 am. There was no one answering the phone. For the high price paid, I would have expected peace and tranquility. That was the reason why I chose that hotel instead of another one in the City. Plenty of parties there! Plus, the 11th was onavailable for anyone outside that private party. I do not recommand even though it is obvisously and people do what they can to help on other matters.

Minibar vide, du coup demandé une bouteille d’eau plate à la réception qui vous dit, on vous la ramène.. après 1h toujours rien. Du coup, appel au room service, qui vous apporte la bouteille d’eau 40min après. Pour qu’au final on vous facture cette bouteille d’eau 12€ et que vous l’ayez attendu 1h40.

Douche extrêmement petite et surtout bruit infernal dans la chambre durant notre séjour (problème du système de chauffage ?). Nous avons été réveillés à maintes reprises durant la nuit. Buffet petit-déjeuner extra mais le personnel ne prévient pas quand il le ferme ! Surprise donc quand on désire se resservir.

Hotel bien situé. Cher rapport qualité-prix. Bon petit déjeuner, mais aussi cher. Chambre bien, mais juste pour le prix. Les draps était très salles. C’était tard la nuit et il a fallu appeler la réception pour venir les changer. J’ai meme fait des photos. Pas acceptable pour un hotel a ce prix. Ça avait l’air plus d’un 3 étoiles.

Très beau séjour en général. L'accueil est chaleureux mais le personnel devrait être mieux informé sur les services et les attraits touristiques de la ville. Personne n'a pu nous informer, par exemple, comment on pouvait se rendre au port d'embarquement de notre croisière. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes du port. Heureusement, un taxi nous a amené à destination pour quelques Euros.

Super slow check in process. Not many enough staff at reception. Room wasn’t available not only for us but many others on the day we arrived. Renovation was going on at the hotel. Lights were out many times during the stay. We had to call reception every time the lights were out.

Wife and I stayed here four nights in early April. The location is excellent -- our room was quiet -- and the bed was comfortable. The downside was we arrived early and was told we could have a room, but must pay $15 per hour until check-in time at 3:30 p.m. I think that is excessive. Try not to arrive early. We didn't eat any dinners at the roof-top restaurant so can't comment on that.

Property is close to train station. Property is not in good condition. Check in is 3pm unless you es y yo pay extra to check in early. Everything is walking distance away big there are better hotels in the area for the same amount of money.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We only had one issue with noise the 2nd night because of the club on the 11th floor.
