Great check in experience. Spoke to front desk over the phone to make some adjustments without any issues. We will be using Homewood more often for our guests.

We weren’t given our requested room type and didn’t have enough beds or blankets in the room. We were kept awake until extremely late by noisy neighbors and staff slamming the laundry door next to our room every 2 minutes. Complained multiple times and asked for a room swap, but they were full.

Good size room, we booked the king 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. The bedroom had a door to close off the living room and kitchen. Kitchen supplies were sparse but doable for my family of four. Dated but clean hotel. Great shower pressure.

This hotel has been a favorite of ours in the area for a long time. Has always been very nice with great rooms/space and clean and quiet. Lately the hotel could use some TLC as some upgrades and repairs would go long way. Staffing and setup of the free breakfast has not kept up to previous standards, though I would still recommend the hotel.

Hotel was nice and the free breakfast was a great feature. The 2nd door key didn’t work despite being rebooted… and happened to our friends too. Other than that, this is perfect for a short stay

Both coffee containers are emoty for the 830 breakfast. Carpet hallways are dirty. No toilet paper in the lobby bathrooms. Staff made aware and immediately tried to correct the situations

Overall my experience it was very average and I would not recommend this hotel to any of my associates. I also would like to say that the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

The staff were amazing, the suite was extremely nice. The only con was the noise at night ( cars racing, loud music from cars parked behind the strip mall adjacent to the hotel). The breakfast was very good. I would definitely book again to visit family in the area.

The staff were friendly and the people who stayed there were friendly as well! The only thing to complain was the malfunction of the carbon monoxide detector... we heard the alarm as we arrived and the front desk staff was trying to fix it... it ran off as an "error"... could be a false-positive alarm but the front desk staff had to check if it was a true-positive or false-positive alarm so it took us a little while to check in... got to have that fixed!

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and despite a few minor cosmetic issues in our room (inside door handle fell off, towel hook fell off wall, security cards were hit or miss in some areas), the space was clean and very comfortable for our weekend stay. Common areas were well-lit and inviting, and the breakfast was good. Proximity to Wegmans was an added bonus!

Pleasant stay
We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Our room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen had the utensils needed for cooking. The toiletries were in those " attached to the wall refillable pumps' that were eco-friendly. Front desk was very accommodating as to our questions and requests for iron, extra towels and toilet paper. Shout out to Nick and Tianali who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the usual hotel food fare. Dining area is very well maintained and clean. Indoor pool was fine as well, and the deepest height is 4 feet 6 inches, which was very convenient for my children who are non-swimmers! The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi connection at times and our newly issued key cards did not work. But was easily resolved by front desk. Overall, very good stay at this hotel!

Horrible experience ever
We went to PA to celebrate my son’s birthday. We had fun outside that hotel. Staying at that hotel was nightmare for us. Beginning with their room keys. Keys never worked at any of their doors. Had to make millions trips to front desk to change keys. They kept saying IT issues. Did not get a single house keeping service over our stay even though we requested for it. Also requested for extra duvet because there was none in the room. Had to go and grab it myself. Front desk employee Nick was rude enough. Working in Hilton property they need to be little bit more friendly but being rude isn’t acceptable from hotel employee. Breakfast wasn’t bad

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was convenient for our family of six. We used the barbecue grill, the pool and had breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful but the staff seemed to want to clean it up early. In the end they brought it back out. The barbecue grill was adequate. One did not work at all and the other one only lit in the back but we were able to cook our food. The two bedrooms was not equipped for people who actually wanted to use the kitchen. There were no cooking utensils or serving utensils, silverware for three, dishes for four, glasses for three. But after a phone call they brought us more. Fortunately I had prepared all my food ahead of time so I didn't need a sharp knife or a pan. Overall it was a nice day. The rooms are pretty nice for the price.

No a Hilton
So hard to believe that I was in a Hilton hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, mold in the bathtub and towels hangers were looser from the wall. Spider webs on the night stand. Bedding set for the sofabed was very smelly. I didn't leave the hotel because it was closed to midnight and I have to take a flight next day early in the morning. We are Hilton honors clients and we paid $265.00 for a motel . That is the way I see it. In the morning desk person asked how was my experience I tried to tell her and she say we are working on that. Very disappointed.
