Check in guy was super nice and easy going. Very clean room water was great bed was comfortable loved that there is no carpet !! Loved how spacious it was for a king room

The room was good for the price I paid. No issues about the room or the hotel. Friendly person at check in. It is close to the major highway so there is some noise from the traffic. Not a real issue for me. Overall a pleasant stay.

The road noise was a negative, being situated at a busy highway crossroads. Noise from an upstairs tenant was also disturbing. But room was clean and well serviced.

It started with waiting for almost 5 minutes to be waited on due to no one at the counter, then scolded for knocking on the window. then an error with the booking then treated as though the customer service on the phone was more important than me standing right in front of her and was informed it was another customer. she then called her boss and told him I was calling her a liar. I had to ask for her to call him to get the room changed to 1 without stairs because I have bad knees. They refused and were very sarcastic and nasty. We have stayed there several times before and never had such an awful experience.

We apologize your experience was anything less than completely satisfying. Our Desk Clerk was on the phone helping someone and that is why you needed to wait. You wanted a down stairs room, however your reservation had no notes from Expedia requesting a downstairs room. At the time of your arrival there were no rooms left of the type you selected on the first floor. You were advised that we had a very nice accessible room on the first floor that was a different room type. Our Desk Clerk advised if you would like the room you needed to contact Expedia and change your room type since we are not permitted to change the reservation when you book with a third party. We are sorry we could not meet your expectations.
