Couldnât fault location & Villa itself but after care was nonexistent..we were welcomed by one of the team he seemed very good especially when he gave us his number & sayed ring me for anything day or nightâŠwell that turned into a damp squibâŠ.we needed fresh towels & more bed sheets..Which only turned up two days before we leftâŠwe asked to have the pool heated which we paid extra forâŠthe pool was no way heated or if it was they donât know the difference between hot & coldâŠthe drains were smelling in some of the bathrooms & we went out to buy cleaning fluid for them..each time these things happened I rang to report it but it seemed to fall on deaf ears..the final straw was when the electric tripped and we were asked to sort it ourselvesâŠ.then when an engineer turned up he told me what to do if it happens again so I asked him what couldâve tripped it he said because the pool uses so much electricity to heat it if you put other appliances on it may cause it to tripâŠ.well there was only 8 people in a villa that sleeps 14 so how they wouldâve survived with switching appliances on I do not knowâŠ.So from the 2nd day of our stay was a total disaster there was lack of communication from the villa staff & lack of effort from them to do anything about itâŠWe were over to celebrate my nephewâs wedding which happened on the Thursday 31st October which is was an absolutely gorgeous day the wedding went like clockwork which is more than I can say for our stay at the villa
