The 90 square meter and lovingly furnished apartment is on the ground floor and is for max. 4 people and a small child (cot or extra bed) suitable. The living room is generously designed with a brick bench and shelves in Ibiza style (German satellite TV and CD radio) - the dining area for 6 people is two steps higher; a breakfast bar separates the open integrated kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 X 190), in the children's bedroom there are two single beds. There is air conditioning hot / cold in the living area and in the large bedroom, the children's bedroom has ceiling fans.
The house is located directly on the sandy beach, which is about 100 m deep, the gently sloping water is ideal for families with children, only a pedestrian path separates the well-kept garden from the beach.
