I was most concerned to receive your feedback, and I apologize profusely for the disappointment you felt. We could not provide you with a relaxing stay due to the ongoing renovation noise.
It has always been our endeavour to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay with us. In your case we clearly failed to do so. We do recognise that at times we make mistakes - it is important that we learn from these mistakes in order to continuously improve.

The hotel concierge is pleased to assist all guests for booking train tickets, car, guides etc for our guests, which require to be booked a day before the planned visit. Great care was taken in designing the hotel to ensure all the rooms offer an uninterrupted view of the monument.
