Overpriced

Les + : The hotel staff were very pleasant.
Les - : The kitchen could have better hours.
Situation : The location was nice. It sits off the beaten path with huge blooming crape myrtles at the front entrance.
It was an older dated facility with lax rules when it came to the workout room and pool. The dining area and check-in are the same room. It's laid out more like a two level motel not hotel. We observed non-hotel guests walk in and the front desk receptionist give the person directions to the pool or workout room. An hour or so later these non-guests would leave. One evening around 5PM a teenage pool party ensued. The noise level was loud enough to where we couldn't hear the TV over them. This went on for a few hours and then they all left.

We did have non-guests visiting our hotel is because we are kindly offering our Pool and Fitness Center services to our neighbor, Crowne Plaza Dallas Addison, while they are undergoing renovations. I do apologize about the noise that ensued. I have shared your feedback with the appropriate departments to ensue this does not happen in the future. really poor customer service

everything was okay for a price except front desk representative. My sister forgot keys in the room. I was 1 hour away at my best friend wedding at that moment, she has a same last name as I do, he didn't make her a key and said that he won't let her in and he doesn't care if she needs to wait outside. She knew I was a best friend at my friend's wedding, so beeing nice she didn't even call me to tell that. long story short, she waited for me outside till around 10 pm. When I came back, First of all, we waited 20 min for him to open a front door for us. (he was probably sleeping). I came to the lobby and ask him to explain why did it happen (he was very rood). He said her name wasn't on reservation. But he didn't even try to call me to ask if this is okay? why then you need my number if you can't even call me if it's on emergency??? she is a kid!! 16 years old sister. I asked him for an apology he said he won't apologize because he "doesn't call to customers". I asked him for his name he said: " it's none of your business". I'm staying at hotels almost every single week, that was the poorest experience that I had for my last 4-5 years. I will never go back to that hotel anymore and next time I will be choosing Marriott hotels more carefully. It was May 14, 2017 - African American male. I'm waiting for a reply from hotel's management.

Although the front desk was following policy with only giving room keys to the authorized guest, they can always reach out to you via the number on file to add or confirm guests for your room. Hotel is in very good condition, modern facility with reasonable prices and safe and secluded location. Will visit again.....

Great hotel, great price!

We stayed 2 nights. The bed was amazing! So comfortable! The 2nd night we were woke up by a loud car radio and several drunk people outside our window. (We were on the first floor) I called down to the front desk and the problem was taken care of immediately!
