Hotel bien situé et très bien
Très bon séjour, un de mes meilleurs séjours à Addis. Seul petit point négatif : le airport shuttle que nous avions demandé est arrivé avec 45 minutes de retard, alors que le trajet ne prend que 15 minutes !

A conference centre, not aimed at tourists.
The hotel is fairly good but not the 5* that they claim. I would rate it as a good 3* which is perfectly acceptable. The rooms were relatively large and there was a good pool. The hotel is aimed at business people and especially at conferences. During my stay there were several including government and church organisations. The personnel were very friendly but the restaurant staff could be better trained.

bon séjour à addis ababa
très contente de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J en avais un peu marre des prix excessifs du Radisson; j'ai trouvé cet hôtel un peu plus loin mais moitiè moins cher. Hôtel neuf donc tout est encore propre. personnel accueilllant. Room service est bon; Le seul inconvénient est la construction dela route en bas d el hotel. Ils refont les canalisations de la ville; Mais il ya un double vitrage; Ils travaillent aussi le dimanche. donc j'ai trouvé mon hôtel pour séjourner à addis. a recommander à une personne qui a une voiture cependant. Mieux que les chambres du Hilton qui sont vieillotes, même si l'hôtel a un super parc.

Having a cultural restaurant in the basement is the best thing about the Capital Hotel & Spa. The music and dancing were mesmerizing. We had such a great time and the food was delicious! It's also wonderful to be able to work out in the enormous gym and get your hair done in the beauty salon. Such a great place to spend a weekend! Keep it up

Definitely not a 5 star hotel nor a 4 star hotel . Just an average 3 star hotel. Very run down. Needs total revamp. Free shuttle from and to the airport is a plus.

When we arrived Addishiwut Meieje was extremely helpful, although we were disappointed with the condition of the room she assisted us and moved us to a more appropriate room. Fitsum Tesfaye went the extra mile to escort us to our room and made sure that we were satisfied. During our stay Fitsum and Addishiwut checked on us every day, ensured that everything functioned and that we were comfortable. Gaddisse, and Bezawit made sure that our dining experience was top notch. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday it was amazing. The bartender Bethlehem on the 9th floor made our experience top notch and Habtamu helped me celebrate and made the best drinks. Overall the staff made our experience First class! The Capitol Hotel and Spa staff carry this location.

The checkin was smooth, my booking was a day later than I needed but they booked me a room as a walk-in for a resonance price. Only issue was they didn’t take Amex or Mastercard so had to pay cash. They take dollar based on the day’s exchange rate. The staff was friendly and accommodating but can be slow for room service or at the restaurant.

The door keys did not work so everytime had to ask someone to help open the door with master key. This was super inconvenient and I stayed at the hotel 5 days and it was still not fixed. Staff who helped were super friendly

I have an enjoyable stay at the Addis Ababa Capital Hotel and Spa. From the quick checkin experience to the spacious and cozy room. Room service was prompt and responsive. Breakfast spread of local and continental dishes caters well to all guests. Unfortunately I was able to use the Gym, swimming pool and other hotel facilities as I was busy catching up with old friends but definitely will check it out next time I stay at the hotel. Front desk staff were very accommodating to my special requests and IT services which I was really grateful of as they went far and beyond to get my printouts. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a great location in Addis and lovely hotel with great facilities.

Everything was amazing, no complaints whatsoever. Staffs are very attentive to all of your needs. You will not have anything to worry about at the Capital Hotel & SPA. The hotel staffs were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The rooms were clean, very comfortable., The staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The gym, spa, and pool are the best in the city. I used it every day. The location is in the center of everything within a 2-mile radius of this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.
