Property is a little older. However, I go to Abilene once a month and always stay here. It’s clean, yes it shows its age, but clean and reliable!!! So far the staff have been great every trip!

The motel is older, but very clean. The free breakfast buffet was great! It was a definite plus. Hot breakfast items were fresh. Plenty of other breakfast options.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. We liked the hotel was in walking distance to different stores and the breakfast was well worth coming back for. The property is a bit dated but it felt more homey than other chain hotels/motels. We will definitely come back if we pass through town again.

Booked a room at the last minute that was close to The Cotton Patch restaurant in Abilene & this place had decent reviews. The mystery stain on the wall under the sink was disturbing & the floor had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned but my shoes stay on & we were only staying one night. Parking lot was taken up by big work trucks hogging three spots by parking sideways. Bed was comfy & linens passed the smell test.

I don't usually leave reviews but i was impressed with this older property. The lobby was great, the staff friendly and the breakfast outstanding. They had a Starbucks kiosk in the lobby with coffee and hot chocolate (24 hrs). The bed was comfortable, the TV bigger than i have at home. I would gladly stay again.

This place is disgusting. The pictures are deceiving, the smell is overwhelming and the furniture looks like they bought it from a halfway house. As soon as I saw the room, I left and checked in somewhere else.

Dear Evan,We learned about your concerns only when we saw your review. You never notified or checked out at the front desk. The registration form you signed when you checked in clearly says if you are not satisfied with the room to return to the front desk for a free cancellation. We never want any guest to stay unhappily. From your review it seems that you are more familiar with and have a lot of experience with halfway houses.

This property may be a little older than most.... However, it is much cleaner than the newer national chains, and the staff is always very kind and accommodating. After searching around at various hotels around Abilene, this is my go to choice for value.

While other's offer a continental breakfast, Hotel 34Fifty offers a full breakfast eggs,omlet,sausage,bacon & biscuits & gravy plus your continental breakfast and more. In the banquet hall the guests come to the table, meeting other guests over breakfast sharing stories and acquiring new friends. The Hotel has so much to offer, including a small grocery store, ATM, Starbucks machine offers Chia Latte, hot cocoa, 2 different coffees.A game room,pool, seating area with a big screen and a room for those office executives computer,fax,copy machine.34Fifty is in walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Close to all major attractions Zoo,Theater, downtown, Rodeo and more.The Hotel experience felt more like home, except I didn't have to cook or clean..lol.I would definitely stay here again before going to one of those high end Motels like The Marriott. 34Fifty has the same clean rooms and more. 2 Thumbs up and 10 out of 10 in my book, as I travel alot for my job. So for your next stay Traveling through Texas or Vacationing or a business trip, stop in and stay at 34Fifty for a new fresh, different kind of experience.

Everything was to satisfaction. My mother ended up accidentally leaving her wallet in the room when we checked out. They found it and kept it, with everything in it! Everyone was extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here.

It is an older property, but very clean. Great water pressure and nice and hot. It’s great to have a bigger sized refrigerator. Recliner need replacing. Ac and heater worked well. Parking is great.

Booked this Inn for two nights and housekeeping came in while we were out, cleaned and refilled. Other places didn’t give us that luxury unless asked for. The breakfast is still the best. They make you waffles and cook your eggs to your liking and also cook your hash browns.
