J'ai utilisé le stationnement offert par l'établissement et ma voiture c'est fait brisé, et on a volé mes choses. La police ne se déplace plus pour ce genre de cas, c'est trop fréquent selon eux. L'établissement, géniale, le stationnement m'a laissé un goût amer.

Les Lits sont très court et je mesure 5'8" et le stationnement est en plus du prix de la chambre $12.00/jrs + taxes et le dernier jour arriver pas passer minuit car votre passe ne fonction plus , car la date est maintenant le jour suivant, Mais tout est très bien .

Windsor Riverside Inn n'est plus
Et bien, cet hôtel, le Windsor Riverside Inn n'existe plus. Ils sont en train de le rénover pour en faire des chambres universitaires. Ils m'ont placé dans l'hôtel connexe soit le Waterfront hotel donc, voilà pourquoi mon évaluation semble plus intéressante que la classification globale des autres utilisateurs.

sur le voucher Hotel ca était indiqué qu'on pouvait avoir une vue riviere ou non en catégorie standard. J'ai demandé donc à la reception de me donner les dispos en vue rivière cat standard car la chambre qu'il m'avait donné avait vue sur la gare routière (bruit des bus) et la porte de l'armoire était cassée, la chambre était sale (moquette tachée). Il y avait de place en vue rivière cat standard mais ils m'ont dit que je devais payer un supplément de 10$.Je leur ai montré le voucher mais ont dit que ce n'était pas possible d'avoir une vue rivière en catégorie standard sans ce supplément.jai donc été obligé de payer ce supplément alors que votre vouchr indiquait le contraire.

Un gîte au centre de tout
L'accueil fut poli et professionnel. Les services étaient au rendez-vous. La chambre était confortable et très propre. Le service au restaurant était courtois, attentif et à point. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec vues sur la rivière et Détroit, et il est près des restaurants et services du centre-ville, d même que de la gare routière. Le service internet est gratuit et efficace.

Ideal pour une étape
L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de fleuve avec une vue magnifique sur la skyline de Detroit, et facile d'accès. Le parking est à l'arrière de l'hôtel en supplément. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est moyen, un peu cher en rapport qualité-prix. C'est idéal pour faire une étape à Windsor, il n'y a rien d'autre à faire sur place si ce n'est la Casino. L'accueil est cordial et l'hôtel bien entretenu.

The hotel was everything I expected and more. Beautiful view, close to casino, shopping and restaurant… we didn’t get greeted with our Double Tree cookies but we got them the next day… our suite was the perfect size

Have stayed at Caesar's Windsor many times. Have stayed at the Double Tree twice now while in Windsor. Just a great hotel. Friendly intelligent staff. Check in is effortless. Caesar's Windsor check-in is a nightmare. Not easy at all and the staff frequently have to get a manager to help them. Not at the Double Tree. Comfortable rooms. Excellent beds. Quiet. Great bathroom.

This was the first time I booked a suite and I was very pleased. The only weird thing was the wifi, which was free for 7 days? I only needed 1 day, so that’s fine, but it makes me wonder about future bookings at Hilton hotels.

Parking (payment) was not made clear - was told we are getting a parking 'pass'. Well it's not a 'pass' but just a ticket to get in and out. Rooms were amazing!! Very noisy the morning we were there - garbage pick up 5:30AM!!! Friendly staff.

Great stay despite the carpet being very wet in the corner of the room. We let the staff know and they sent someone up to take a look right away. People were friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, location on the river was fantastic. What more could you want….

Great buffet breakfast! Hotel was clean, the only downfall to me was that the shower pressure was not good. I have thick long hair and it would not have rinsed the shampoo out of it because the pressure of the water in the shower was terrible.
