The suites were good sized and I liked the extra bathroom. The hotel is quite dated and the Pool area is in worse shape. Pool area is the one area I would fault the cleanliness. In a good location for my husbands surgery and finding places to eat and keep busy. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

The hotel is always a nice place to stay, we always use it when we come in for a Dr visit that requires us to stay a night. During our stay the hottub and pool wasnt heated so it was pretty chilly but the staff did take note and filed a report with their pool guy. I knew it wasnt going to be fixed over night but the staff was friendly and did listen to us.

Everything was good...except I didn't like not being able to adjust the temp of the air conditioning unit! Our room was kinda hot until the early morning hours.

RUN AWAY- BED BUGS!!!! Very disappointed in this property!!! One member of our family was covered in bites after staying overnight!! When I called the hotel to report and ask if this had been an issue I was of course told “no”. However there was no surprise at all in the employee’s voice and I was told “the exterminator would be called”. ALSO- Photos are very misleading!!! This property is not well maintained. Very dirty and worn. Blood on the curtains in our room, unidentified fluids on the walls. Pillow smelled like B.O. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom caving in. Mold in the shower, sink did not drain. Should have gone with my gut and left as soon as we checked in!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in this hotel…had to park on the side of the building due to very small front parking lot & it was like an ice rink, very dangerous! Room was in poor condition…tattered carpet, shower had two sprayers but no hot water in one of them. Breakfast with omelet bar was very nice, but lots of staff must have been arriving to work & were standing at food, eating & talking…felt uncomfortable. Front desk hostess on check out was fine but not overly focused on customer service.

Location was great and the room was spacious, but the carpeting was frayed, stained, and torn. The curtains were damaged and the tub had a rust stained and the caulking was missing and falling off.

My room looked nothing like the pictures and is definitely not worth the price of $91 a night. My heater did not work, and there was a horrible drywall patch job above it. There were multiplier water stains. The room smelled like piss, and the plumbing was horrible. I truly wish I could get a refund because this was the worst hotel room I have ever had in my life. My advice is to not stay here, and if you do please see if you can check the room first before you make final decisions. I am truly disappointed and will never come back again.

Excellent getaway
Weekend getaway for a long distance couple. Perfect all the way around! The breakfast with made to order omelets was amazing! Service and staff were grade A! Only complaint was that our room was near the pool and smelled a bit like chlorine and our door was very hard to shut and gave it latch properly. But over all I recommend and will definitely be back.

I am not happy at all. To start out with. The pool was one of those that was half in and half outside. There was leaves in it and the bottom was dirty. I went to go take a shower after sitting in the hot tub and my shower head was broke. There was no water pressure due to it being broke. It also took a while to warm up and if I needed to change the temperature it took a while to get to that temperature. For the amount of money I spent I expected for it to be better.

The fact that it had a heated pool and the hot tub was a winning facter when making reservations. However, my husband and I found the mattress be extremely broken in. Slept fitfully mostly. Great hotel otherwise. Breakfast were always very good and many choices.

Mildew in shower. I had to run the shower and both lavatories full hot for 5-6 minutes to get warm water for a shower. Shower/bathtub lever was very difficult to operate. The front door had to be forced shut. Carpet was torn and stained. Front desk was very friendly and professional.

It was alright...
Pool was nasty. Doorways need repainted. Carpets stained. Bed was pretty firm. The curtains in 401 were dirty. Stairwells had dead crickets everywhere. I saw a lady walk through the front lobby and exit the back to get to the hotel on other side and it was midnight so more security. People were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for free. Quiet area. Easy check in/check out. Would probably stay here again if it was more clean and secure.

Needed so repairs.
I stayed in room 207 and it needed some upkeep. The bathroom had ceiling tiles that need replaced and one that was falling out of the ceiling. there was a small amount of mold on the tile around the tub. The carpet edge from the bathroom is frayed and needs repaired . The ceiling by the curtains was peeling off. The bed was very comfortable and the staff when I checked in was awesome but the morning staff acted like I was disturbing her when I was trying to explain the room situation.

Swimming pool was closed
We made a reservation specifically because this hotel has a pool as we were there for the Mexican Rodeo State Competition and after being in the heat all day competing our girls needed a pool to cool off, but the pool was unavailable. Needless to say it was disappointed. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was easy to make a reservation last minute. From the outside it looks nice as does the lobby but thats about where it ends. Our first room the door wouldnt even shut. The receptionist was very understanding and easily gave us another room. Although better then the first causs the door actually shut this secon room was still subpar. The breakfast was just about tje only good thing to it. More then likely wont be staying again

Perfect service!!
The comfort inn in Wichita, Kansas was great. My aunts room was close to the apparent teens track team that was competing in Wichita. We had asked earlier when we checked in if this was a non-smoking smoke free hotel. We were told yes. However the teens were rowdy and smoking in their room. The front desk was awesome in getting this remedied immediately and involving the teens parents in shutting down the smoking and the loudness in the room. That front desk person deserves a raise. She was perfect!
