C'est beau, central bien équipé, idéal pour passer plusieurs jours au centre de Venise, vous pouvez solliciter "Charming house" pour tout détail pratique ! Les appartements sont grands propres et confortables, l’accueil chaleureux...

Un secret à bien garder
Un endroit qu’on voudrait garder secret et ne révéler qu’aux meilleurs amis . Un sans faute . Je ne voulais pas d’un palace rococo, c’est tout sauf ça , design mais chaleureux, luxueux, calme, spacieux, confortable et bien situé . Nous reviendrons.

Très bel hôtel de charme à 2 pas de la place St Marc, emplacement très calme et charmante vue sur le canal. Très bon séjour en couple, on y reviendra c'est sur.

le charme à 5 min de la Place St Marc.
L'IQS est un hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme et très contemporain. L'atmosphère y est feutrée et les couleurs ambiantes sont apaisantes. L'accueil y est agréable et sympathique. Notre chambre était occupée à notre arrivée, mais on a eu droit à une suite... pour le même prix. Seul bémol, l'hôtel est très mal indiqué. Il n'y a qu'une petite plaque en fer sur la grille d'entrée et le personnel n'est pas constamment présent. Pour sa situation et son côté très cocooning, nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet hôtel.

Charmant !
Pas le chi-chi des grands hotels (réception à taille humaine, pas de salon, salle de restaurant...), mais un confort véritable (sdb, literie), une déco design, un personnel à votre disposition (bilingue anglais et franchement à l'aise en français). Quartier très agréable, à 10mn de san marco et 15 du rialto, mais à l'écart de la foule et où l'on peut rencontrer des vénitiens ! Franchement top!

Becoming Venetian for a couple of days!
Alexa was very helpful and informative. Explained and made suggestions! We were able to leave our luggage after checking out tuntil we had to catch our ferry. All went well!

Beautiful stay in Venice
We had a great stay at the Charming House iQs. Alexa was so welcoming and arranged a water taxi for us to reach the property and to get back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip. She had some maps ready to help us navigate the city and gave us a list of restaurants and other notable locations to see during our stay.

Highly recommended- perfect location!
Spacious, private apartments in a beautiful setting right on the canal and close to everything you need in Venice. The pictures on their website are accurate. Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes you in like a family member to make your holiday as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. And most importantly, KLM lost our suitcases when we arrived in Venice and Alexa and Tania went above and beyond in getting them to our room including calling the airport, lost luggage and the delivery service, waiting on the phone line, and ensuring we got our bags, which we finally did. They kept us up to date the whole time via WhatsApp. We were able to relax and enjoy Venice while they took care of those needs. Would absolutely recommend and will absolute return.

We staying at Charming House for only 1 night, but Alexa couldn't have been more kind and welcoming to us. She allowed us to drop all our luggage off with her hours before the apartment was ready so we could leave on a boat tour. She really took her time with us to give us some helpful tips on where to go in the area. We really appreciated this extra gesture. My family loved the apartment - it's right in the heart of Venice. You can look out a window and watch gondolas go by and people walking about. You can also close all the windows and shades and have some peace and quiet. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Lovely place and we hope to come back again for a longer stay!

Amazing apartment on canal
Amazing apartment right on canal. Very clean and comfortable. Alexa and staff were very friendly and informative. In quiet section so not too much outside noise. But just by walking about 50 meters you reach open area with restaurants.

El lugar está muy bonito y cómodo. Es amplio con dos recámaras y dos baños lo que facilita la convivencia de la familia. Como varios lugares en Venecia es un poco complicado llegar con maletas por tantas escaleras y puentes qué hay. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer varios lugares a pie.

An excellent choice for a family stay in Venice
We really enjoyed our stay at Charming House IQS. The location was perfect, within walking distance of just about everything worth seeing, and yet slightly out to the touristy hotel areas, such that we could enjoy a stroll to the local bakery, street markets, and restaurants. The suite itself was comfortable, clean, and well appointed for our stay, satisfactory to three children of diverse ages and interests. All in all, an excellent choice for any stay in Venice, of which I will avail upon my next visit.

The apartment was amazing! The location was awesome and the staff were very accommodating! My wife and I loved this place! It was a bit more expensive than some of the other places we looked at but it was on par price wise with most of the hotels.

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of there way to be of assistance. Although the room is in a 600 year old building. The room was modern and well appointed. In addition we like the fact that when we left our hotel room. We exited over a small bridge and into a courtyard. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Nice apartment, but a dark unit
First of all, this is an apartment, not a boutique hotel. It was difficult to find and it took about 15 minutes for someone to come and open it up. They spoke limited English, so there was some confusion the first evening. The next day Tania came in the morning with croissants and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and charming. She is only there a couple of hours in the morning, so you are pretty much on your own. Our unit was roomie, however dark inside and only 1 bathroom has enough light to apply make up in it. It was fun in that we were right on a canal and could watch/hear as the boats & gondoliers went past.

Very well appointed modern hotel suite within a beautiful old building that is ideally situated for San Marco & Realto. We had views over a canal & enjoyed watching the gondolas & other boats going past. Staff were very friendly & welcoming with very good english & the suite was serviced every day. We were treated with a bottle of wine on arrival & the night before departing & delicious croissants every morning, and bottled water was provided. The suite had a small kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob & oven. The shower cubicle was large with a powerful shower. The lounge area had a comfy sofa & TV. The bed was kingsize & very comfortable. Couldn't fault it & hope to return & stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Also helpful with making dinner arrangements and finding our way around Venice. Location is superb, close to main attractions yet just far enough away to feel less touristy. We will stay there again if we return to Venice.

Superb location within a 10 minute walk to all of Venice's sites. You can practically reach out and touch the gondoliers gliding by your room windows. Very romantic stay.

This is not a Hotel
Charming IQ is a gem , these are appartmete ver well decorated, Tania an Katherina were extremely helpful and with incredible sense of service . Is very well located close to San Marcos Plaza and the Rialto. The kitchen is very well equipped and they included coffee, Panetone and a Proseco which we enjoyed . Fully recommended .

A wonderful Venice experience
The apartment is very central and in a pretty location yet a little away from the busy tourist area. It's in a lovely old building with a private bridge but is decorated in a modern, stylish way. It's warm and comfortable. Although it's an apartment we felt very well looked after by Katharina who was there every morning and very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that other hotel staff made restaurant bookings for us before we arrived.

Pros: - high end boutique hotel apartment with full kitchen and living room; you're given keys to the entire premises to let yourself in and out of gates, doors, etc. - beautiful location right by center san marco but in a super quiet back canal, right on the water - very private, quiet, luxe; no hordes of tourists around - lovely helpful staff (when they're there!) cons: - no room service, no breakfast other than some croissants brought to you; no staff on call. if you want to be waited on hand and foot, this is not the place for you.

'Amazing Location'
We only stayed in the home for one night, but we were very happy we chose this home. Tonya (pls forgive me if the name is not right) was AMAZING. She went above and beyond her duties. She made sure we were comfortable, gave us great recommendations, advised on what we should be charged on certain attractions so that we weren't over charged. She went as far as coming in before her start time to since we had an early departure and brought us croissants so that we could have an 'Italian Breakfast'. She was the best...!

Great location, Great accomodation
We visited late September 2017. First this is a great location, arriving by Water Taxi was totally the way to do it! You're right in the middle of everything 5 mins walk to St Mark's Basilica. The team were very welcoming and friendly, the warm croissant's they brought us every morning were a real treat! The apartment was lovely too, nicly decorated and furnished in a modern style, windows directly overlooking a canal just an arms reach below. No issues with the room at all, everything worked, everything in its place. Clean towels and a tidy-up service everyday also a great thing to have in an apartment let. Would definnately return here - and for longer than the weekend we used the apartment for.

Modern private hotel on a gondola canal
The hotel manager is very friendly, attentive and helpful. She provided a detailed map and marked great places off the beaten path to explore. I will very likely return.

Reception staff very helpful. This apartment has a great location just 5 mins from St Mark's Square in one direction and 5 mins from the Rialto Bridge in the other
