Dear Frank,Thank you for spending your time reviewing your recent stay in our NH Santa Lucia Hotel.We would like to apologize first of all for the inconveniences you experienced in your room.We are sad to discover that your first impression of our accommodation was not as good as expected; we are thoroughly aware of the fact that original Venetian style and products may not match every guest’s taste, but NH Santa Lucia is located in a historical Venetian Palazzo and the preservation of the original decor and furnishings is due to its very authenticity and local regulations define our duties towards this very strictly.I am quite surprised to discover your issues only now and regret not having the chance to find a solution for you directly here during your stay.
