Excellent
Super séjour au Royal Park Hotel, un service irréprochable, les chambres étaient propres avec pleins de détails sympas. Plusieurs restaurants au sein de l'hôtel, emplacement idéal pour visiter Tokyo. Un concierge superbe Paolo, qui parle parfaitement Français, Italien, Anglais et Japonais, qui a su être à l’écoute et m’a donné de bonnes adresses. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Un seul lit pour 3 !
Attention si vous reservez une chambre pour vous et un enfant, vous n’aurez qu’un seul lit ! Je ne sais pas si ca vient du site hotels.com ou de l’hotel mais partager un seul lit pour 3 ça ne se fait pas surtout pour un séjour d’une semaine. Du coup il vous faudra payer un supplement et être surclassé dans une triple bed room à vos frais. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi lorsqu’on cherche une chambre pour 3 on nous propose des chambre à un seul lit. C’est ridicule.

Centrally located, bus and train stations are literally around the corner. Lots of great local restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are a bit smaller but you can store luggage with front desk. I would stay here again!

The hotel location is very convenient for public transport (TCAT and subway). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception is modern and impressive but in comparison the bedrooms are somewhat dated. However, they are spacious and clean. We had the breakfast option and the food was delicious with lots of variety. Would highly recommend this hotel.

年に何度も利用してますが、ロイヤルパークのラウンジの居心地は最高です。 東京タワーもさることながら、お料理もサービスも大好きです。日本橋や各所への交通の便もよく、ホテル周辺にはお寿司屋や老舗や新しい飲食店も多くあり、毎回色々な楽しみ方ができます。今回もありがとうございました。

Convenient location
Hotel is large and conveniently location. Airport shutter buses stop(both narita snd haneda)right next to the hotel. Shopping and good restaurants are rather nearby. However, there are different room types, some are renovated and some are not. The difference between them can be quite vast.

地下鉄駅直結。外に出る事なく隣駅の日本橋三越へ買い物に行けて最高。一階喫茶のコーヒーもお部屋のコーヒーも美味しかった。アメニティにロクシタンのセットというのも嬉しかった。テイクアウト用のメニューも充実していました。年末年始、ゆっくり過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

Convenient and close to train station
The hotel was close to train station and easily accessible to many food restaurants. Not sure if New Years played a part in the many street venders along the walkways but it was great to see the various crafts and food venders before returning to our hotel. We upgraded to a larger room on the 18th floor and it had a beautiful view of the city. If we stayed in our booked room of 280 sq. ft. I think it would have been too small for us. Housekeeping kept the room nice and clean. The airport limousine service office was right next to hotel so getting back to airport was a breeze. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
