Bon stop sur la route
Bon hôtel pour une pause sur la route. Toutefois, le petit-déjeuner a perdu en qualité depuis ces dernières années. En effet, le petit-déjeuner était auparavant proposé avec des produits de bien meilleurs qualités que lors de ce séjour.

Excellente étape
C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel sur la route pour aller en Écosse, c'est une étape agréable et confortable au prix exceptionnel. Cet hôtel est excellent bien entretenu et l'accueil y est parfait.

The staff were very welcoming.. only slight glitch was we couldn't get the heating to work in our room but it wasnt any bother really as we were lovely and cosy under the duvet!!

Average holiday inn express. Noisy, the building was tired, room not all that clean, cracked tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast Just what you expect from this chain. Overcooked bacon, tasteless scrambled egg, orange juice from a machine. Dreary.

Excellent value for money
For what we paid for this hotel including breakfast was excellent value. It is a budget hotel that offers comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were welcoming and very hard working. Bed was extremely comfortable. Will stay again.

Hotel is quite run down. The room had so many dirty marks up the walls it looked like a football team had done a full years worth of training sessions in there. The tv remote was absolutely vile. Sheets looked dirty and the bathroom had mould growing in various places and cracked tiles. Ventilation fan didn’t work. Black mould also growing around the window. Carpet had some dodgy looking stains. Felt dirty staying in there. The staff though were friendly and the breakfast was good. Overall run down room and massively overpriced for what it is. Put me off ever staying at one of these companies hotels ever again and would advise no one to stay there.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable bed. Staff were very polie and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. One tiny little winge, no sockets near the mirrors formy partner to use her hair straighteners.

Ideal spot for just off the M6
Staff were great, its just looking a bit tired... But its right next to motorway (far enough away to be quiet though)... S cannot complain, theres a Pub opposite and a McDonalds for Breakfast...

Very pleasant stay and efficient and friendly staff. We had room 109 and the smoking area outside entrance was a problem as we had to keep our window closed due to smoke drifting in. Please consider re-siting the smoking area, maybe to the side of the building.

Very very hot room, hard uncomfortable bed and very poor breakfast. We opened our window to try to get some air, but the smell of the neighboring McDonald's was overpowering.
