Bien chambre confortable par contre hôtel bruyant on entend les voisins et chambres en face. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Par contre la salle de sport mériterait un nouvel équipement.

La chambre de deux lits 205 : le tapie etait tres sale; il falait demander un changement de petit frigo car il ne fonctionnait pas, le lit twin pas tres confortable et le siege de la toilette brise. Je suis vraiment decue. J'avais reserve deux fois le meme mois un chambre avec grand lit et c'etait superbre. Pour le meme prix, la diference dans la qualite et la proprote de la chambre et considerable. Le petit dejeuner est toujours tres copieux. Diversite de fromage, jambon, fruits, etc. Restaurant propre et le service est impecable. MERCI!

Tres bon hotel pres de l'aeroport de Sofia.
Bon sejour, excellent accueil, la chambre etait spacieuse mais pas assez eclairee. Pour un 4etoiles, nous aurions apprecie avoir une bouteille d'eau, surtout qu'il est impossible de boire depuis le robinet (eau jaunatre). Petit dejeuner simple, pas extraordinaire. Le personnel etait tres gentil et souriant.

Il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas être satisfait de cet hôtel, c'est quand même la grande classe ! Je garde cette adresse si je repasse sur Sofia. A recommander !

Convenient but not relaxing. Well priced.
The reception staff on check in was top lady. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was designed nicely, however, the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbours as if we were sharing a room. When you book a 4 star hotel you do not expect to find yourself in a dormitory.

Don’t stay in this hotel!
Be careful! Do not stay in this hotel! The hotel room was dirty and there is a wired smell all over the floor , the breakfast was very poor, and the service was so bad you could even imagine!!

The hotel is good , nice and clean . Only 2 things make me upset : first they have 1 musical and 2 news chanels ... TV is very important I don't understand why they have just a few programs . : Second I don't know did they accept pets but next to my room was a dog , barking all night , so I can't sleep . Just fix the TV programs and don't let pets and the hotel WILL be Exellent ! Kind regards!

Für ein kurz Trip ok
Für ein kurz Trip ok aber nicht für längere Aufenthalt. + sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettes Personal. Parkplatz vor der Tür. - die Fenster sind fest und können nicht aufgemacht werden, dadurch Sauerstoffmangel. Abend um 22:30 gabs nichts mehr zum Essen und auch Hotelbar war geschlossen trotz Vollbelegung. Für uns auf der Durchreise für einer Übernachtung sehr gute und akzeptable Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

The rooms are outdated and noisy. We could hear guests in adjacent rooms walking in and out all night long. There is no climate control in the room ( either was not working or was disconnected) thus the room was quite cold. The bathroom was also outdated and somewhat dirty- there was hair on the floor and the sink. The service at the restaurant on site was good however the food was mediocre. The property is advertising free parking but it is very difficult , if at all , to find a parking spot since the parking is super small and not for hotel guests only.
