hôtel en bois tout comme hotel.com
Le séjour s'est arrêté net, dès l'arrivé à l'hôtel, puisqu'ils n'ont rien reçu (d'après leurs dires) d’hotel.com. C'est comme si je n'avais rien réservé. Il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible dans l’hôtel, ni dans les hôtels environnants, ni nulle part à Shanghai d'ailleurs. J'ai du trouver refuge dans un hôtel situé à plus d'une heure de taxi, à l'extérieur de Shanghai, et ce à 4h du matin, après une journée de travail et un voyage éreintant en avion. Merci infiniment hotel.com pour ce séjour inoubliable!

절대 비추
중산공원역에서는 매우 가깝습니다. 그것만 보고 예약 했다가 호텔 컨디션 보고 완전 폭망 햇네요 ㅜ 지하철역이 가까우나 중산공원역은 지하철과 지상철이 환승이 되는곳으로 호텔에서 지상철 운행 소리가 정말 엄청 크게 들립니다. 27층이었지만 바로 옆에서 들립니다.객실 컨디션은 1만원짜리 호스텔 보다 지저분 합니다.커텐과 페브릭 쇼파는 몇년동안 세탁 안한것처럼 오염이 남아있었구요 벽사이사이 틈이 전부 벌어져있고 그사이 먼지 덩어리가 끼어 있구요,객실 문의 안에서 잠궈도 밖에서 발로 차면 그냥 열릴 정도로 부실합니다 화장실 티슈는 새것도 아니고 두루마리 화장지 한두번 사용할 끄트머리 남은것만 줍니다. 아무튼 여자분들 비위상해서 절대 잠 못잡니다 ,, 좀 거리가 있어도 그냥 다른곳에 투숙하시길 권합니다

清掃ができておらず、タオルも擦り切れて、2.5星クラスとは新築時のことか？
室内は不衛生で虫も床や壁にいた。洋服掛けのロッカーの扉も外れていた。サービス用の水もない。 中山公園駅の近くのため利用したが、全く期待外れ。

Absolutely not worth it.
The hotel is not a modern up to date industry. They are trying to run a market out of short term apartment constructions but do not have the computer technology or English Speaking abilities to keep up with the needs of most international Hotels.com customers. Super disappointing.

Good location, but not a place to stay
The room was in bad shape, there is an infestation of roaches and other insects. Room is noisy and not well ventilated. This property should not be used as a hotel, or if it is a hotel it should not charge more than USD$20 a night. I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listing. This is just not a place for a traveler to stay

절대 비추요.
위치는 최고, 하지만, 고층 아파트의 일부층을 호텔로 사용하는데, 진짜 시설 안좋고, 기본적인 물도 없고, 거기에 바로옆으로 기차가 다니는지라 시끄러워서 잠을 못자요. 절대 다시 이용할 생각 없어요. 정말 가격대비 아니에요. 4층에 마사지샵이 있어서 이용했는데, 완전 바가지, 절대 이용하지 마세요.

호텔의 시설을 포기한다면 나름 좋은 선택이 될 것이다.
상해 지하철 2호선 중산공원역 부근이라 교통이 편리하고, 주변에 쇼핑상점이나 마트, 영화관 등 편의시설도 많았다. 다만, 호텔의 시설은 그다지 좋지 않았지만..상해의 물가를 고려하면..가격대비 이만한 호텔도 별로 없을 것 같다.

편리한 위치
출장가서 간단히 묵기는 괜찮습니다. 또한 가족끼리 숙박하기는 최고의 위치인것 같습니다. 주요 관광지와도 가깝고 괜찮은 곳 인것 같내요. 간단히 요리도 사먹을수도 있고... 단순히 모텔 체인점 숙박보다는 훨씬 괜찮습니다.

Don't expect too much
Location of this hotel was good, walking distance to the metro. However the room condition wasn't the best. We were originally given a room on the 6th but were appalled by the condition, however we managed to change it to a room on the 24th floor and it was much better.

Cute apartment
Comfortable, clean apartment with nice view, close to subway, bus line & large shopping complex . A little bit hard to find, as there is only 1 very small sign indicating its presence in a multi-purpose building. Kitchen could use more equipment for cooking. Free internet only worked intermittently.

중산공원역 7번출구에서 도보 1분 거리!
중산공원은 지하철 2호선, 3호선, 4호선이 만나는 환승역입니다. 버스도 많고 근처에 있는 롱즈멍 쇼핑몰 지하1층에는 까르푸도 있습니다. 중국의 일반 호텔서비스 보다는 친절하며, 깨끗하다고 볼 수 있습니다.

Run down but clean and perfectly located
It wasn't my first trip to Shanghai so I had already certain expectations in regards to the differences between advertised descriptions and what you get in real life. The reviews I read across the internet were all mixed (and most in Chinese) but I wanted to try these serviced apartments anyways for a change. On my arrival they must have stuffed something up and put me in a room that was clearly not their best room (R520). It was fairly run down. A few items were missing or broken. The staff didn't speak any english but their manager/boss seemed to be always available over the phone and was able to help and answer questions and queries quickly. On the third day they asked me to change to another room because they had to "repair" something in 520. The new room one level higher had the same cut but was much nicer. There is also a cafe/restaurant downstairs in the building but I never ate there. Just in walking distance are plenty of great local and international places to eat. In any doubt just walk across to the Cloud Nine Plaza. This is not the best place for families but anyone else who doesn't need a five star treatment will be able to enjoy their stay. PS: The reception is in room 622

■対応 　3人宿泊で予約しましたが、案内されたのは、１ベッドルームで、部屋交換後、今度は、 　歯ブラシ、タオル、シャンプー、スリッパ等が、１人分、２人分とバラバラで不足でした。 ■部屋 　中国にしては狭く、家具も結構傷みが目立ちます。 ■設備 　シャワーは水量、温度共に問題ありませんでした。レンジ、冷蔵庫もサービスアパートですから 　設置されています。 　タオル等の備品は、程度の低いものしかありません。 ■ロケーション 　地下鉄２号線　中山公園駅まで徒歩３分ほどと非常に近く、周辺には、デパートや駅地下の 　買い物や食事するところも結構あります。
