Overall this is a very nice hotel. But the location is little bit "far" from downtown and airport. There is literally nothing around the hotel. Call a Taxi and going to the airport (Pudong International ariport)is even more expensive then the accommodation fee. I would say this should be a nice summer vacation spot for Shanghainese to experience a cool summer. But for a road traveler, I would not recommend this hotel.

Avoid at all costs
Terrible hoel, 1.5 hours taxi drive from Pudong airport. Nothing in this area, no restaurants, and only one restaurant in hotel which closes at 8PM. They do not take credit cards and do not exchange foreign currency. Rooms are damp and smell of mildew. They will also tell you that they did not get money from Expedia and they will try to get you to pay cash.
