Classement surfait de mon point de vue car la proximité immédiate e la voie express et la très mauvaise nsonorisation en font un établissement à malheureusement éviter. La réceptionniste a pourtant fait d son mieux pour nous trouver une chambre au calme......

Excellent bang for your bucks!
Excellent location. Only one minute from the Gulf of Mexico. The staff was very kind. The room was huge! Perfect for a family of 4. I will not hesitate to come back the next time I 'll be in Sarasota.

Très bon hôtel
Très satisfait de cet hôtel qui bénéficie d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le personnel est serviable et efficace. Enfin le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les environs et allers dans les différentes plages des environs.

Front desk (african american) was beyond rude. Wjen we wanted 5 plus minutes for someone to check us in she looked at me like i had 5 heads...mumbled under her breath nasty words. Asked her name, ignored me. Asked for manager on duty ignored me. Called the gm and she turned the whole story aroind. I have never been so appauled by a customer service agent. The gm shpuld be ashamed of himself for evening having her as an employee. It gets better, we walked in our room and it smelled like weed...needless to stay we were not comfortable w the agent knowing what room we were in and the smell of weed we checked out. With that, i will be reaching oit marriott corporate and placong a formal complaint on the agent and general manager. Stay away from this property!!!! Youll do yourself a big favor!

Wish we would have stayed here for our actual vaca
This was booked last minute after our flight got canceled. Gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind. The next morning our flight got cancelled (again), and they were so sweet to extend our checkout to 2pm. We would stay here in a heartbeat. Clean, price is good, rooms are spacious… great stay

The shower floor was black with filth. Asked the front desk three times to send housekeeping up to clean it. There was no body soap or shampoo in the shower either. Housekeeping never showed up. The water was shut off on day two from 7:00am to 9:00PM. My wife couldn't take a shower all day and I ( I work construction) went to be dirty and sweaty. Had to shower in the morning before checking out. To make matters worse, there was demolition going on in the adjoining room my wife had to listen too all day. Lots of pounding and banging, What did I LIKE? There were two young men on the front desk. They did everything they could to help us out. One of them brought us shampoo and body soap at 8:00 pm beings housekeeping refused to do their job.

The hotel is nice. The front desk experience was not so good. The associate was not friendly. The air conditioning is too noisy. The room was recently renovated, but the elevator and common areas need more attention.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Plus for me was the breakfast and free parking. Nevertheless, the breakfast was not all that. The variety was limited and void of fruits. But it served its purpose nevertheless. The staff was courteous. The hotel was pretty clean and smelled good.

Comfortable bed and great space. Room was a little musty and had a dehumidifier that needed emptying. Husband emptied and it filled up again overnight. Must have had water issue but didn’t follow-up with it. Great breakfast!

this Marriott was not up to any standard.
light by table needed adjustment, lamp as you walk in did not work, lighting in bathroom by sink was so dull, and the shower was not clean, was not impressed. i would of expected a higher quality of attention to detail at a marriott.

Front desk women was outstanding. Young man in bkft area totally unable to stock area, even when there were only " seven" guests there . Out of , coffee for 35 min,, no waffle batter, no bread, even when several people asked, He finally brought 4 wrapped slices of read, that were taken by a family with small children since he didn't bring waffle batter, We left about 8:30 the whole area was swamped, long lines waiting for " food". He needs a different position.Almost nonverble, flat affect.

Specifically confirmed with front desk availability of an Accessible room. Essential for my in-laws, who were being evacuated from an assisted living facility during hurricane Idalia. Received an email 2 hours later that an accessible room was not available any longer. I can only presume that they gave it to someone else.

Overall a good experience. Seemed like there might be a staff shortage in housekeeping as some things had not been cleaned thoroughly in my room prior to my checking in. Also, the elevator is rather loud and stops roughly when going up.

The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, our first room had a shower head that was not working. We called the front desk and we were notified that it would be 15 mins for maintenance to come. After a half hour, we called again and got a new room. The continental breakfast was better than expected.
