I am sorry our restaurant did not meet your expectations. If you had shared your remarks with the staff when you were there, I am sure we would have found a way for you to enjoy your dinner. I am terribly sorry for the missing money incident. We had no report on missing money while you were staying with us, except upon your checkout. I asked you to give me some time to investigate and follow up with you but you told me it was not necessary. Despite that, I came back with a member of the restaurant’s staff, as we never leave incidents of this nature without following up. You said that it did not happen on that day but the previous one. As such, upon your request, I did not follow up further. Allow me to tell you that we are deeply sorry for the incident and that we had every intention to look further into the matter, if you would have asked us to. I would like to apologise in case the resort did not meet your expectations, but I do hope that nonetheless your trip to Santorini is a pleasant memory. Sincere Regards,
