Upon arrival, no one at front desk but when she got there very nice, room had broken dresser no trash liners, and a washtowel already left in trash bin, needed to be less expensive for the poor place, some wood glue would have fixed the drawer, and dollar tree has trash liners. Too bad they don't give refunds for such a run down place, and 100$ deposit sheesh!!

Needed a non smoking room and rep told us she would find one for us. They still put us in a smoking room. Had trouble fsleeping because everything smell like cigarettes.

the thinnest walls of a hotel I've ever stayed in, you could hear everything in the rooms next door, the hallways, the laundry room, the front door scraping open, everything. All night long. Do not recommend.

Wow!
Upon walking in. The floors are very creaky and unstable, almost felt like I was walking on a very hallow floor. Very noisy and loud I could hear people walking up the stairs and all down the hallow hallway. Entering the room it’s very dark and I’m lit. Broken furniture, the dresser is broken, as well as the night stand and refrigerator. Panels on the ac/heater. The bed was a unken in and very uncomfortable felt as if the box spring of the bed was broken. Sink and bathroom looked very old and dingy. The bottles of shampoo looked as if they were reused. I can’t believe I was charged to stay in this room.

Beds are horrible, mattresses need to be replaced. Trying to find a way to sleep comfortable and not been able to took sheets off to sleep in the floor and come to find out 1 of our mattress had a huge blood stain, it is the worst I have seen in a hotel. Smell inside the rooms as you arrive is not nice at all, hate to say this but will never stay there or recommend it to anybody.

Unbeatable price, just to spend the night.
It is a very basic hotel, but for the price you can't ask for more. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend it if you are just passing through, just to spend the night.

Horrible experiance i booked a room and when i got there they said they had nothing in their system. They had me waiting for over 2 hours just to get a room. The room was dirty WOULD not recommend to anyone.

I was kinda disappointed. The trash can had no bags. No coffee pot. One soap bar and only shampoo no conditioner. The employees were loud all night.

I was very disappointed with the location, breakfast offerings, no refrigerator in my room when my other relatives had one. The fire door was left propped open and actually didn't close properly. No elevator for access to upper level rooms, no ice bucket, had to make several trips to get cups of ice.

The hotel was clean, but is in dire need of refurbishment. Did not feel like the area was safe. They have to keep entry doors locked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay at a Rodeway Inn again. Need better signage. Bed Linens were mended.

Facility appeared to have run in disrepair. No security at either the front or back doors. Transients walking through the facility and hanging around. Phone didn’t work and the cops were called out to the property. Overall the room was not clean, facility filthy, and unsafe. I checked out the next day out of a planned four nights.

Decisamente il peggior hotel americano dove abbia mai messo piede. All'arrivo (mezzanotte e mezzo ora locale, distrutto dal jet lag), non riuscivano a farmi il check-in perché non avevo una ID Card americana: ho dovuto insistere e ricordare che avevo già pagato il soggiorno per riuscire a farmi dare, dopo 15 minuti, la chiave... Poi, mi viene detto che per i 5 giorni del mio soggiorno non verrà assolutamente fatto nulla in camera: passi per gli asciugamani, il cui cambio quotidiano è un'offesa al cambiamento climatico: ma non passare nemmeno l'aspirapolvere sulla moquette, né dare il cencio in bagno, lo riterrei il minimo per garantire una parvenza di igiene. In stanza mancava l'asciugacapelli, chee sono stato costretto a comprare perché loro, ovviamente, non lo avevano. Infine, la "colazione": solo tè e caffé delle peggiori marche, con muffin e cereali. Nessun succo, nessun salato, niente di niente. E meno male che era venduto come "breakfast included"... Da evitare!!!

The night person told me. The back door is hard to manage you have to pull on it to open. Next morning i pull on it to open. The day man yells at me says dont pull on that. You must go around. I told him not to yell at me, I was told. I dont care what you were told. Still yelling. Ruined my morning. Retraining may be in order.

This is a good budget friendly place. Our room was a smoking room, so the smell wasn’t great. It’s pretty dated and run down. In a pinch, it worked.
