etablissement non entretenu salle, cafards dans la chambre deteriorations , porte sdb bloquée ne ferme pas, plinthes arrachées, eclats et couts divers, moquette tachée, plomberie deteriorée , revetement sol sdb indefinissable, micro onde rouillé a l'interieur, etc ... en résumé une horreur, du jamais vu ! j'avais réservé pour 3 nuits, je suis parti dans un autre hotel aussitot la première nuit passée et je n'ai pas oser prendre une douche. je demande au proprietaire le remboursement de ces 2 nuits

L’hôtel était bien pour une nuit mais je n’y serais pas resté plus longtemps. La chambre était quand même propre mais le bain de la salle de bain devrait être remplacé. Très vieux. Le personnel est très sympathique. Bel accueil!

Parfait.
On passer une nuit au Travelodge, tres proche de l'aéroport de sfo. Très bon accueil ,la chambre impeccable, le parking était payant 5$,. Tout était parfait.

Cet hôtel se dégrade d’année en année. C’était notre point de chute lorsque nous arrivions de France à SF avant de prendre la route. Il nous semblait très pratique, juste à coté de l’aéroport. Réception glauque, parking payant (5$). Bref nous ne reviendrons pas.. A au passage, je me suis retrouvé coincé dans la salle de bain, la porte coulissante étant bloquée (manque évident d’entretien)

(Pas) beau, bon, pas cher
L’établissement est vieux et en état de décomposition (tapis brûlé, peinture sur les murs qui tombe sur le sol, la décoration date de plusieurs décennies). Nous avons été là 5 jours et jamais on est venu faire le ménage, changer les serviettes, ajouter du papier hygiénique. Je suis allée à la réception pour chercher ce qui manquait. Le coin est très bruyant, mais nous sommes près de restaurants, de Costco et le prix était bien pour le service reçu. L’accueil était rapide et courtois. Vieux, mais correct pour le prix payé (70$ CAD la nuit). Il est agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine.

Easy shuttle access from all terminals and reasonable prices. Bed was nice and comfy. IHOP next door for a good breakfast and the pool looked beautiful even though weather was still a bit cool to tempt me in. Facilities are well worn but functional. Fit for purpose, thanks team.

Honestly, this was the worst motel I’ve ever been to. Pretty much everything that could go wrong went wrong. We paid for parking and there were no spaces available. The room smelled STRONGLY of smoke. We woke up to a cockroach on the wall. The shower was falling apart (looked like it was from an abandoned building). The door wouldn’t open at first and I had to walk back to reception. When checking in, I was told to wait until the person in front of me went to their car to get something. That took a few minutes and we were all just awkwardly standing there without being helped. There was an outdoor side table as indoor furniture in the room. There were HUGE dark stains on the floor, and the carpet felt like it was multiple layers of carpet installed on top of each other (it was also a slanted floor). We only stayed for 6 hours, and I believe this is a straight up health hazard. I honestly want my money back.

I had to move rooms 3 different tomes because each room had issues. First room had nasty water coming up from the sink, the second rooms shower did not work, the 3rd room was a non-smoking but still smelt like musty cigarettes. Rooms were not the best.

Very poor experience. My wife and I were travelling around West Coast and decided to make a late night stop at this specific hotel on our drive back home. Incredibly rude staff. Tried to explain to staff and showed them a receipt for the 1 king bedroom I paid for that was guaranteed. I was told that there are no 1 king bedrooms on this property, and was forced to pay extra for the 2 queens. (False advertising) 10 minutes into being at the hotel, my wife managed to take a video and photos of multiple insects and cockroaches in our room AND around the hotel. Very noisy property. Worst travelling experience I have ever had. Would not recommend.

I paid and traveled to hotel to find they would not accept my paper copy of my Illinois ID. I then paid for a 2nd Uber to a superior hotel a few miles away but it costs much more. Loved my stay at the "rescue" hotel. Travel Lodge falling off my list for now.
