To begin a list of many items: The “Hotel”, looked unkempt. Overgrown weeds, old, dingy place. Room has hole in wall. I was afraid a rat may come out at any moment. The floor was damaged in several spots where snags tripped me and I could have fallen. Bottom of bathroom door has water damage. Coffee maker had dry white water residue. I did not dare make any coffee there. Very poorly located mirror on a side wall which has a table in front making it impossible to use without having to move the table. Noticed over the course of our stay, that some people looked like homeless people living there in the other rooms. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying there. I don’t believe a hotel such as this should be available on your website for tourists to be able to book. This was definitely the worst place we have ever stayed in. We are extremely disappointed.

No smoking on property, but first night we had air con off as it was pumping in the smell of weed. Towels that were clean, were stained. Cleanliness in bathroom was not good, there was hair in the corner and the back of the toilet had obviously not been cleaned for at least a couple of stays. Definitely wouldnt go back.

Couldn’t even get enough clean towels and washcloths! I was there for 4 days with my 3 kids and I had to beg for them to give me any towels after check in.

There was roaches in our room, and a dusty hairball. As soon as we got there, we left so I requested a refund which I’m still waiting for.

When I arrived and saw it was a motel rather than a hotel I asked if I could cancel my reservation but was told no so I had no choice. The room was not what was shown as an example of what to expect. The mattresses were lumpy and slid off the box spring. The towels were stained and no longer white and they had a stale smell. The shower didn’t have where to put shampoo and soap so I had to put it on a towel outside on the floor. The water drained very , very slowly so I had to step out with my feet covered in dirty water. The parking lot was filthy. I carried my suitcase rather than roll it to the car.

This hotel needs some improvements
Stayed for 2 nights, the first room we were in smelled horrible, like cigarettes, and the hotel is a “non-smoking hotel.” They moved us to a new room, however, it would always take 7 to 8 attempts to open the door with the key card. The door lock system needs to be repaired. The bathroom door would not close because there was no latch on the door frame. Also, we struggled with the air quality because when we turned the fan on, it smelt like a clogged dusty filter. The breakfast was the worst La Quinta breakfast we’ve had. We love La Quinta, but this one really needs some improvements. Of course, it was a low price so, I guess you get what you pay for, right?

This place was disgusting. There were dead roaches on the ceiling, the door would not lock from the inside, the radiator smelled like urine when it came on, the toilet was not cleaned prior to our stay (urine and hair all over seat), there were yellow stains and hair in the bed and it was just generally filthy and seemed unsafe. People were lingering outside. We couldn’t figure out how to get into the door and it seemed like it had been broken into. The staff called me prior to me coming to find out how long until I was going to be there. I’ve never had a hotel do this before. When we spoke with the worker, he seemed hesitant to come in and we discussed the door and he just says, “ok so we are good now?” And was getting ready to leave but we had him come in and all he said was “I’ll talk to my manager in the morning.” They said there were no other rooms available and did not offer to have the room cleaned. We decided to power through as it would only be a night and it was late. When we took a shower the water pressure was very poor and the radiator smelled terrible like a urine smell once we turned it on for the night. I took pictures and videos but I’m not sure how to upload them. Do not recommend this place at all. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

Liked this hotel. I felt the floors were not super clean and there was no carpet. The restroom was okay though. The staff was super helpful.

I’ve been to La Quinta before in Houston and this location wasn’t what I expected at all. It seems this location has nothing to do with La Quinta brand, more like a ghetto motel to bring cheap prostitutes to.
