The staff were very nice, professional. The restaurant attached to the inn was handy and the food and prices were excellent. The bed was very comfy, water was hot and pressure good. Our room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, with pods. The heat/cool unit functioned as it should. All that said, the whole building is dated and desperately in need of a renovation. I don’t think the pool has functioned in quite some time. All in all, a good place to stay for an overniter.

Nice stay except showed rooms had chairs to relax in and did not they tried to find one but none available so I say don’t advertise it Nice to have restaurant and lounge in same building good food but like everywhere slow service but server was really busy and trying to keep up

The staff was very kindly. The room had a big stain on the carpet in front of the beds. The toilet was not stable and the water in the shower and the sink did not flow easily.

Location was great, good areas to walk. Close to Museum and monument. Adjoining restaurant was helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom was dated. The sink was cracked and very low height. I'd stay there again.

There is a restaurant connected to the property. Breakfast is part of the hotel deal and it was excellent.

The only problem was it took 15 minutes to get hot water to the shower. I thought i was going to have to switch rooms but it finally got hot.

Great place. Very clean, newlly remodeled/modern rooms. New appliances in kitchenette. This place is a little out of the way but well worth the trip!I would definitely stay here again..

We enjoyed the restaurant being so close. We were able to eat there with our family that live in Rugby the first evening we arrived. The service was wonderful and the breakfasts were very good. We enjoyed being there and will probably return when we come back to Rugby.

Old facility but kept clean as others have noted. Definitely no frills. Attached restaurant was so-so. We never got our “complimentary “ breakfast: the server was not particularly pleasant and after waiting about 20 minutes without her attention we left.
