Sapgna suite
Situation idéale directement sur la piazza di spagna (ce qui induit un peu de bruit mais on ne peut pas tout avoir!!!) Personnel adorable et très serviable qui nous a été d'une grande aide car mon mari a été malade. Chambre design et literie confortable. Seul pb, la douche qui ruisselle dans toute la salle de bain (mais nous le savions en partant les autres commentaires nous avaient prévenu), il vaut donc mieux prendre un bain!

Loved my stay here!
Loved the location, right at the Spanish Steps. We had adjoining rooms and both rooms were lovely. The view outside was spectacular, noise level was very minimal when the windows are closed. The bathrooms were clean. I'm not a fan of Europe's toilet bowls compared to the U.S. (seats are a bit thin at the rim & water level is low), but I made it work :-) I would definitely stay at the Suites on my next trip back to Rome.

Hotel was ok. The decor is a dated and old for the amount of money we were changed, hotel room was not the same as on the advertisement pictures , I don’t think they know the difference between buffet breakfast & continental breakfast, I was changed extra for buffet but we were given a continental breakfast in our room,same thing every day I did show my booking confirmation how it stated buffet breakfast but they didn’t seem to care, carpets were dirty, in hallway there was dusty old fake flowers in pots. Overall the Hotel needs some love and care as it is in a very good destination.

Will Be Back!
Amazing stay with my 15 yr old daughter. We felt safe and the Hotel was perfectly situated. Walk out the door and everything is there. Turn any corner or choose any street and you will be mesmerized and entertained. The front Desk Gentleman was a perfect Host. He went out of his way and took the time to make our stay that much better.

Short family stop in Rome
This review is for the apartment that is separate from the hotel * It was hard to find hotel rooms to accomodate 4 people (comfortably- not 2 to a double bed) and when I came across this hotel I was excited to find it had ample sleeping arrangements, a full kitchen, and AIR CONDITIONER! Listen, y’all- we were traveling from Texas where we like our AC, this apartment had great AC units in each of the rooms that actually cooled everything very effectively. The hotel staff were friendly and answered many questions for me through the Expedia messenger service. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception area while we ventured out before our room was ready. All in all I would stay here again! Great place

Last 2 nights of my honeymoon
After flying in from Mykonos, my wife and we took the train into Roma. This was our 2nd time in Roma, and were excited to stay in this hotel for our final leg of the honeymoon. What a disappointment it was. First expedia listed nowhere that the front desk and doors lock at 7pm and the receptionist leave too. We got the hotel at 7:15 pm and had 2 nice ladies help up try and get in touch with the hotel staff. Most of the phone numbers listed didn't work and the only other one that did, no one answered. We finally did get in because a guy showed up around 7:30, I thank the expedia messaging part for working on that. for a 2 bedroom room, the rooms where tiny, could barely get around with out hitting something with the luggage. both showers need to be re-grouted as their is mold/mildew all over it. The sheets are not much either. The 2nd night we stayed we came back with from dinner and my slipped on some of the Marble steps and almost broke her knee because there is no grip on any of the steps (please be careful walking up them anyone that stays there). The breakfast is not very good or has a good selection of items. The only easy part was the checking out. Definitely wont be staying here again.

Dear Mr Anonymous, thank you for your review, but we must respond to you because is simple untrue what you're writing. 1) About our opening time, we inform you that it is clearly reported on our Expedia's conditions and, moreover, we send an email with all the information to all our customers (we are not responsable for Expedia's message system). 2) About the sheets, it's simple impossible: we have an external service that bring us new sheets and towels every two days, everything packed. 3) About the "marble steps", we don't know why you have used due that we have the elevator. But, anyway, we want to clarify that they are beautiful steps, because our palace is an historical building and, here in Italy, we have a strictly rules about our historical buildings: we can not put a "grip" on an ancient marbel steps! Good location, within walking distance to it all.
A basic service hotel (room only, no facilities) in a fantastic location. Most of the rooms are bright and airy, we were unfortunate to have one that was not. If your visit to Rome is about being out and about all day, this is a good hotel for you

Não recomendo!!!
A escolha foi baseada no local, que atendeu as expectativas, e no tempo de permanência, visto que seria rápido, mas não estamos acostumados ao tipo de serviço oferecido. Diz que tinha café da manhã, mas só após as 7:30h e quando a moça chegava...ficamos um dia sem café...rsss. Elevador sem funcionar, então a experiência foi de aventuras...ok...mas não era a escolha. Nao retorno, mesmo que apenas por uma noite, jamais retorno!

Great location
Perfect location to visit the sites of Rome. Great size 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. Very disappointing that 2nd bathroom was not operational for our 4 night stay and that water leaked continually around the base of the toilet in this room. There was only a bath in the other bathroom (no shower). This was so inconvenient as we were staying with friends and it took so long to get through the bathroom each day. Despite several daily requests and advice that the 2nd bathroom had been fixed on a couple of occasions (when it clearly hadn’t) the bathroom remained unusable and in an unhygienic state for the duration of our stay due to the leaking toilet. 1 bathroom/toilet was not enough for 2 groups of 2 people. When we raised this issue with the property, they tried to say that they had noise complaints (without any verification) which was totally unfounded. There appears to be a number of other apartments in the general area that are more cost effective with more modern amenities so I would suggest to seek alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent at check in, however, not good after service when we raise issues with the unhygienic bathroom situation. The hotel refunded our taxes after the bathroom was not usable for the first night. We were offered a voucher to use off our next visit for our continued inconvenience, however, this was not a suitable outcome for us as we have no plans to return to Rome in the foreseeable future.

Hotel em reforma
Reservei este hotel com antecedência e quando cheguei para a estadia, estava em completa reforma. O elevador estava sendo trocado, muita poeira no prédio todo, impossível de ficar hospedado lá. O gerente disse que havia mandado email avisando, so que consta email UM dia antes da estadia. Rsrs O gerente providenciou nossa estadia em outro hotel escolhido por mim. Ficou o transtorno! Pena!

Caro Danilo, achamos seu comentário bastante incrível. Depois de explicar a ela na recepção que o elevador tinha quebrado alguns dias antes da chegada e que pudemos enviar-lhe o e-mail apenas no dia seguinte (de qualquer forma, um dia antes da chegada), também porque não tivemos sem número de telefone, ela deixa um comentário negativo apesar de tudo. Infelizmente, o elevador quebrou, independentemente da nossa vontade e não conseguimos deixar de avisá-lo. Não é nossa culpa se ela não nos avisou que seu filho é muito alérgico. Além disso, encontramos um hotel superior ao nosso, que escolheu e não precisamos fazê-lo, mas entendemos a situação. O seu comentário deixa-nos verdadeiramente atordoados. Atenciosamente

A Big No
The day before we arrived we received a message that the elevator was not working. The hotel is in an old building near the Spanish steps (you cannot beat the location) on the 3rd or 4th floor. This may not be an issue for many people, however, my father has a sensitive heart and a broken knee. It did not give me enough time to book another location for 6 people traveling. I responded in the evening but management did not see the note until the following morning, the day we were arriving. The manager was very kind. He upgraded our room (1 of 4 rooms) and waived the cost of water in the fridges for all room. However, the main issues with the hotel other than the elevator being broken was 1. the walls are paper thin and no one could sleep 2. no one told us there would be construction happening that would keep us awake from the early morning onward 3. the shower door broke in one of the hotel rooms while we were taking a shower and fell on us. It took us 30 minutes to get out of the shower and it took 2 hours for management to arrive (they didnt do anything to help) and 4. there was no hot water and the lighting in the rooms and the bathroom was terrible. Like I said, management was nice but I felt that it was not worth the money despite the location and will be seeking a refund for 1/2 nights. Lastly, we confirmed we would not pay the guest taxes and when I stepped out the manager charged my husband without my knowledge.

Place is really good. We could walk around the Piazza di Spagna at late night and we can go famous place in 10min. however, when we arrived, elevator was broken. We were carring our bag to room, 3rd floor. After the day, it fixed. They don't have restaurant, your breakfast be served to your room. 그리고 리셉션이 늦게열고 일찍닫아서 한국식 투어엔 생각보다 불편한점이 많음. 체크인을 늦게해서 추가금액을 내야했고 도시세도 도착하고 이틀이나 지나서야 지불이 가능했음. 끄리꼬 삐쌍연락씨 너무 뿔친쩔함 근데 위치나 룸 메이크업이 너무너무 좋음 쇼핑할곳도 많음

The hotel Staf is only present at the hotel from 10:30 to 7:30 pm Daily We had an inconvinience during our Stay at 7:44pm we had no electric power in our room The hotel staff has an emergency numbrer for this this cases , and we tried to contact them in that Number and by any other way we could think of ( Facebook email etc) and it was impossible Latter that night by chance someone of the staff got there and the fix it 4 hours latter I was staying there with my two kids

Centrally located
We only stayed for our final night in Rome. Right outside the Spanish Steps and Metro. 3 stops and we were at The Vatican. Centrally located to everything in Rome. 2 bedroom suite was nice,2 full bathrooms and room service for breakfast included.

場所は最高！
スペイン広場に面した大きな緑の扉を開けると建物の入口で奥へ入ってレトロなエレベーターに乗り趣きたっぷりです。 しかしホテルの中はモダンイタリアン。 スタイリッシュです。 部屋の横の階段三段上がると湯船が… これは、ちょっといただけませんでした。 トイレも反対側を三段上がってバスタブの横にあります。 因みにトイレの便座は真四角です。 スタイリッシュです（笑） 特にお風呂周りは古さ？綺麗でない感じが目立ちました。ハンディシャワーが出ないとかジャグジーが出ないとか、ありました。 あと、朝食はリストをチェックしてルームサービスですと言われたけれど頼んだ物の半分位しか届かなかった。 それまでのホテルの朝食のバイキングが素晴らしかったので、かなりマイナスポイントかもしれません。 一泊だったので、これはこれで楽しみましたが…ラブホの様…でした。

ロケーション抜群
窓からスペイン階段が見える絶好のロケーションです。今回宿泊したのは寝室がふたつあるタイプのお部屋でした。ベッドはどちらもダブルサイズで二部屋共にテーブルと椅子があります。ホテルと思えば不満点はあるでしょうがこのような形式だと頭から理解して宿泊していれば快適に過ごせます。浴槽があれば最高だったのですが(シャワー、トイレ共に二つづつあります)。あと、ペットボトルのお水が毎日充填されたり朝ごはんもリクエストしたものを希望時間にお部屋に届けてくれたり、なのですがコップがありません。コーヒーお茶を飲むカップはあっても、歯磨き用のコップくらいは置いてて欲しかったです。 次のローマでも候補に入れたいホテルです。

Great location at the bottom of the Spanish steps
Reception staff is great. Rooms are updated, but each room's layout is extremely funky. Ask questions, and if you have any physical limitations this might not be the hotel for you. Breakfast delivered to your room. Very good price, especially for a family that needs 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Good value central Rome hotel
We stayed in a 2 bed suite in August while my husband was attending the European cardiology congress. My feeling is mixed as there are some good points and not so good bits about this hotel. One cannot fault the location (right on Piazza de Spagna opposite the tube station) or the staff (all extremely friendly and helpful). However the rooms are definitely tired (but clean) with lots of knocks and stained carpet etc. The bath had lots of dents that are hastily mended with paints. Worse of all the aircon is barely adequate for this time of the year and a fan was provided (for 2 rooms). Breakfast is delivered to the room which is strictly speaking room service but as the room is small it felt quite cramped eating i it. One may have preferred a dining room that opens in the morning so one has some flexibility (the time of delivery is filled in a form the night before so you can't change your mind and sleep in!) Having said that it is extremely good value for the money for a suite bang in the middle of Rome and if I return in the spring or fall I would definitely consider it.

zentrale Lage, aber nicht für Autofahrer geeignet
Wir waren in einer kleinen Wohnung untergebracht, nicht im Haupthaus. Dort gab es keinen Fahrstuhl - mit Gepäck etwas umständlich. Wir konnten nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren, um das Gepäck abzuladen, die gesamte Zone ist nicht für Autos zugelassen. Der Strafzettel wird mit Sicherheit kommen, also Achtung - nicht die Adresse des Hotels im GPS eingeben.

Good location
The location is perfect, but this is not a hotel is like a serviced apartment. And they serve free breakfast which you can choose what you want and the time to be served, and it's really nice, i might choose here again next time visit Roma.

건물이 오래되어 룸은 작았지만 청소도 깨끗하고 직원들의 친절은 최고였습니다. 스페인계단 바로 앞이어서 늦은시간까지 다니기에 안전하고 편안함은 최고입니다.

Cool Modern Hotel w/ Amazing Location
Great Staff. Has a front desk, which was very helpful in arranging our airport transfer. Wonderful location - in the same square as the Spanish Steps. Hotel is clean, modern, and looks to be newly renovated. Even has a little balcony.
