Appartement familial très fonctionnel, idéalement situé (place derrière le Panthéon). Seul bémol : le bruit bien présent surtout le soir (Place très animée !). Il faudrait revoir le double vitrage et tout serait parfait

JUST OK
Quite difficult to find but once you are there nice location to stay for a short break / business trip. Depending on the person present at the desk, the stay may be even nicer and try to avoid the proposed transportation from / to the airport since the price seems to depend on the mood of the person at the desk (explanations are not clear and did not have time to argue). Try to avoid the room 2. since it's next to the reception and the light are on nearly all night long, heating difficult to set and I do not speak about the TV ......

Dear Guests, We are very sorry for the inconvenvience you had. The price for the transfer is fixed, it just varies depending on the number of people. The reception closes at 9:30pm, we turn off the chandelier so, for the safety of the clients we turn on a small light incase there will be an emergency. With the tv and the heater, the staff can help you set it. Hope you'll stay again in the near future so we can compensate you.

On y est comme chez soi, de l'extérieur on ne sait pas que c'est un hôtel. J'ai joué à la Romaine ! La proximité du Panthéon est exceptionnelle et impressionnante, animations sur la Piazza de la Rotonda le soir, petit déj au doux soleil face au Panthéon... Belle chambre confortable. Pour une 1ère à Rome, c'était top.

The property was ideal for us as a family of four. Great shower! Equipped kitchen with coffee and snacks plus everything if you wanted to cook for yourself. Comfy bed. Central location- we walked to Vatican one day and colosseum another day. Good restaurants on the road outside. And the apartment had a real Italian feel to it.

Esperaba mucho más. Sucio, no funcionaba aire acon
Excelente ubicación pero es lo único bueno. La dirección no es la que aparece en la descripción. Ahí es como un lobby y luego caminas 200m con maletas a otra ubicación. Para que nos recibieran en el lobby tardaron 8 minutos afuera con el paso de gente y en el sol y eso que sabían la hora exacta de mi llegada por qué nos fuimos comunicando desde el aeropuerto por WhatsApp y ellos me respondían. Ya en el departamento la lavavajillas estaba con trastes sucios del huésped anterior, uno de los sillones ni siquiera lo aspiraron o limpiaron ya que tenía muchísimas migajas de galletas. El aire acondicionado no funciona, fueron dos veces a arreglarlo y solo cargaba por 10 minutos y volvía a solo funcionar como ventilador pero no enfríaba y me contestaron que no pidiera aires acondicionados como en América. Y estamos en julio, así que pasamos unas noches fatales. Me dijeron que me iban a habilitar la caja fuerte por que estaba cerrada y tampoco lo hicieron. Una muy mala experiencia Por favor no caigan como nosotros!

Property it’s just okay. It’s old and wasn’t very cleaned. Couch were not vacuumed. In the bathroom there were silver fish and the shower has mold. Kitchen wasn’t very cleaned either and there was a sewers odor usually at night. However, the location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Other than that it was below average and way too expensive for what's offered. I rate it a 5 out of 10 overall. No services at all, inconvenient elevator that doesn't actually stop on nay floor, but on stairs between floors, inconsistent room amenity replacement; mold around tub in bathroom, no hot water in the morning (which they eventually did something about after we complained.) no breakfast on site, and you have to walk over 1km to get to the breakfast place; the a/c blows behind the heavy window curtains and is totally ineffective unless you leave the curtains open. I do NOT recommend this hotel. If the price was 150 Euros, it would be a decent value, but its very basic. Their affiliated hotel, the Residenza Argentina, where the breakfast is served, is much nicer.

Dear Charles, Thanks for your review. Our structure is hosted in a historical building of the city centre, so unfortunately the elevator had been adapted to architectural configuration. However, it is perfectly useful to carry on luggages, you will find us at the 1st floor. Being a guesthouse, not a B&B or a hotel, we do not provide breakfast but having a sister property, Argentina Residenza Style Hotel. just 500 mt from it we offer the possibility to add buffet breakfast there. 처음 입실이 어렵지만, 아주 좋았어요.
화장실이 넓지는 않지만, 무척 깨끗하고 편하게 되어 있습니다. 아주 청결합니다. 뜨거운물도 좋고, 수압도 아주 좋습니다. 방도 비교적 넓고, 청결합니다. 물은 따로 주지 않습니다. 방 5개 정도의 조그마한 호텔이고 건물 밖에 간판도 없어서 처음에 찾아 들어가는게 아주 어려웠습니다. 전화해서 외부에서 직원이 약 5분 후 온 다음에야 들어갈 수 있었는데, 그 대신 엄청 친절했어요.

Well located- friendly helpful staff
Quiet, comfortable, well located guest house. They’ve made great efforts to make the rooms full of little luxuries including snacks, large soft plushy towels, lots of personal amenities and quality bedding. Great restaurants all around and right next to Pantheon. Walk to trevi fountain. Check-in can be challenging. Be sure to call when you are on your way and use correct doorbell! But worth the effort and patience. We’d definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay. They arranged for a car to pick us at the airport at 8 pm when we arrived the hotel staff was waiting and helped carry our bags up the stairs. Its a great central location you can walk to all the major sites furthest was maybe 1.75 miles. Seeing the Pantheon everyday was awesome you could just hangout on the fountain steps. This place is very busy so it's loud with a lot of city noise but i suspect most places are like this. It was clean with a good amount of room. It had a dinning table 3 couches one turned into a bed and 2 tv. The kitchen had snacks, tea , and espresso pods. Nice large bathroom as well as the master bedroom. The beds were pretty hard but that didnt bother me as much as the family. There was a couple really good restaurants right outside our door. A sandwich shop was amazing also had a good coffee and Gelato shop right around the corner. We only had 1 bad restaurant in the area. If you are looking for a central location to all things Rome this is it.

Be careful about this B&B.
Arrived at 430pm. We rang bell no answer. We waited till 5 pm and another couple came out and we explained our problem with checking in. They had same issue. They took us upstairs and called someone at another hotel to help us. It turns out check in is only till 3 pm not 9 pm as it says on website. They put up a post it the next day with a phone number to call if you were coming in after 3 pm. The photos of the room are very deceiving. I was told all the photos and information about the B&B are from 10 years ago. All information about the hotel is wrong. Hotels.com should have the hotels they list correct everything on the website. I was made to feel that I was in the wrong for coming to check in at 430. Location is great but I would never stay there again.

Family trip - Highly recommend
We stayed here for a week and it was great! A short walk to all the major sites and only a few seconds from the Pantheon. Many choices of food including a great restaurant right when you walk out the door. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It was also very quiet throughout the night. The service alone was arguably the best service we’ve every had. The lady checking us in went above and beyond and helped us out with everything. She was always there to help with any questions we had. You cannot go wrong with staying here, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Our flight was six hours late. The hotel, Dimora Degli Dei, was unwilling to accomodate us arriving after midnight. They also refused to provide a refund. This created a terrible situation for us. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Great location. A bit difficult finding the way into the hotel. Would have been very helpful to have a photo of the hotels front door (as viewed from the street)and better labeling for the call button to notify the front desk that you have arrived and are waiting at the front door. Helt ålreit nært sentrum
Dette er et helt ålreit hotell i Paris, og det er bare 20 minutter gange fra Notre Dame. Det er ikke store plassen, men det er nok. Det er hyggelig betjening, selv om de av og til sukker litt for høylytt til at det er OK (men dette støtte vi en del på i Paris, så kanskje det har mer med oss å gjøre). Det var en av de ansatte som hadde bodd i Norge i noen år, og han var ekstra hyggelig og gjorde oppholde enda mer spesielt for oss. Vi var en voksen og et barn på 9 år, og vi kan anbefale stedet til de fleste som ikke er flere enn oss. Frokosten er ikke all verdens, men barn får gratis frokost.
