L'hotel ressemble plus a un motel qu'a un hotel. La restauration laisse a desirer. Cependant, les chambres sont propres et tout a fait convenable. L'hotel a une liste de restaurants ou vous pouvez commander vos repas au telephone et les faire delivrer a l'hotel si vous vous souhaiter manger dans votre chambre. Dans le couloir, il ya aussi une machine a glace et un distributeur de boissons gazeuse ou vous pouvez vous servir a tout moment. A part ca, l'hotel est plaisant.

The staff was able to accommodate the handicapped couple we traveled with which was a huge help. They went out of their way to assist and even helped load their luggage when leaving. The front desk and food service was the best. It was even announced when the cinnamon rolls were put out. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff was very friendly.. pool nice and clean. Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious. Bathroom was nice but tub had what looked like a little mold on wall near ceiling and you can tell bathroom had been updated at some point but wasn’t done very well.

Check in was smooth and accommodating. Service was great except for last night 11/11. There was a very loud party in room next door (We were room 127). Our walls virbated from the bass! At 9pm my son asked the guy at the front desk what time the party would end because my toddler was struggling to fall asleep as was the baby across the hall. The front desk told him the party is over at 10 and everything would end. At 10:15 we again asked if they would soon be done. The guy said, "I don't know. They (the partiers) aren't leaving." He DID offer to move us to a new room but this was not going to work for us. I get people can reserve space for parties but the noise was nearly unbearable. If there is a quiet time/end time for loud music, then please enforce.

Just what we needed

Never Disappoints
I've stayed at this hotel several times and it remains my first choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. During this stay the microwave oven wasn't working right. It was resolved (the cord wasn't all the way in the outlet and in a place I'd never be able to check) and there was no issue about needing to have maintenance look at it...at my convenience. I had added an additional night, prior to my original two nights and the reservations were "blocked" so I could be in the same room for the combined stay. The only negative I've ever had was over the pool. This time, the pool looked much more inviting. The water is a green tint but looks very clean. I went for a swim and the water was warm! The breakfast is better than ever, so many options! Make your own waffles, oatmeal with different items to add, rolls, breads, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruits and hot foods (eggs, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy) juices or water. The shower heads are an instant massage... got to get one. The hotel is minutes away from shopping, places to eat and within close access to more than one Chesapeake Bay beaches. The city has an aquatic center, movie theatre and there are nearby nature centers along the main Route 2/4.

Holiday Inns are always a hit for me and my family. I love hotels that have things near by such as eateries, grocery stores and more. Even though they are close the area is not congested. There is a Dunkin’ literally across the lot. Everything was clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze booking from Expedia and I had no issues. Breakfast was hot and ready and check out was a breeze. Will definitely return when in need.

Our stay was great. The location was fine as there are many food places nearby. We were there for Chesapeake beach & water park which are both about 20 mins away (hotels closer were booked up). Staff was very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet, they got it fixed immediately! I appreciated the urgency. The pool could be jazzed up more but the water was warm which my kids definitely enjoyed. I would absolutely stay again for quick weekend trips. 7/10 recommend.
