Un établissement qui ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. Il faut faire attention quand on demande une chambre "vue sur la mer" car l'établissement joue sur les mots, ce n'est pas vue ms côté mer donc si vous avez un immeuble, arbre devant votre fenêtre et que c'est le coté mer vous ne voyez rien et vous n'êtes pas remboursé sur le supplément que vous avez payé. Pour l'annulation du Spa, il faut batailler pour se faire rembourser même si on est dans ses droits de rétractation soit 24h. La wi-fi est payante 1€ par jour pour un 4 étoiles... L'hotel fait bas de game dommage, la façade laisse à désirer (effet motel que palace). La réception pas trop accueillant en cas de problèmes mais le personnel de ménage ou du restaurant sauve l'honneur.

Tres bel hôtel avec beaucoup de palmiers et de belles fleurs, qui respectent le paysage naturel de l’ile. Le personnel est vraiment extraordinaire: que ce soit pour réparer rapidement des petites choses, donner des conseils ou aller acheter ce dont on a besoin ou visiter des monuments. La nourriture est très bonne et variée et le service impeccable et chaleureux. Les animateurs avec les enfants sont super aussi. On a passé des vacances de rêve et on recommande cet hôtel autant aux familles qu’au couple.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous avons passez une très bonne semaine au Kresten palace (Septembre 2014). Malgré une erreur de leur part lors de notre réservation. Ils nous ont fait dormir dans un hôtel à proximité, ils ont tout payé (hôtel + taxi) et nous on même offert un repas au buffet du midi. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien, nous avions une chambre avec sur la mer mais aussi sur les animations du soir et la piscine, ce qui vaut vraiment le coup. La piscine est très agréable, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde et le restaurant de la piscine et assez bien et propose pas mal de choix. Chambre nettoyée chaque jour et personnel parlant anglais. L'hôtel est un peu isolé de tout mais il y a à proximité de quoi louer un scooter ou un quad.

Très décevant
Les employés de la réception ne sont pas très serviables et n'ont que très rarement pu me donner des réponses convenables à mes questions; ce qui est très décevant pour un hotel 4 étoiles. Ils ont voulus garder mon passeport pour toute la durée de mon séjour, sans aucune raison valable. Les lits étaient vieux et très inconfortables, les serviettes de toilettes étaient vieilles et usées, les chambres mal isolées (j'entendais mon voisin de chambre ronfler très fort toute la nuit). La nourriture et les boissons étaient très onéreuses, et absolument infecte. Salle de sport très faiblement équipée et pas agréable. Le seul point positif était la piscine qui était grande et très adaptée pour les enfants. Bref, aucune valeur ajoutée pour cet hôtel censé être un 4 étoiles. Si vous y allez, ne prenez pas de formule All inclusive, louez plutot un véhicule et allez manger dans les villes et les villages de l'ile. C'est peu cher et très bon si vous avez un peu de flaire.

Hôtel confortable agrémenté d'un jardin dont quelques arbres pour ceux qui apprécient l'ombre. Belles vues sur mer des chambres. Excellent petits-déjeuners et buffets. Dommage que les équipements de la salle de sport ne soient pas entretenus. Enfin le linge de maison, très propre pourrait être plus luxueux (serviettes râpées, draps étriqués, pas d'alèze sur le matelas et pas de serviettes pour la piscine même en location.) En dépit de ces critiques portant sur des points limités, le rapport qualité prix était excellent et le séjour parfait.

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour se garer a l'entrée de hotel. De plus, il est très agréable et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel très sympathiques et souriants sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des clients, n'hésitant pas à conseiller, un accueil parfait! La chambre était très agréable et très propre face à la mer. Quant au petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander! Continuez ainsi , c'était parfait ! Ne changez rien et bonne continuation à toute l'équipe ! "

Such a shame that hotel lets itself down with reception and dining staff who are cold and unhelpful, rude too. Free WiFi in the hotel but charged per device if you want it in your room. You have to pay for the safe too. Breakfast was nice. Great entertainment crew and enjoyed the pool vibe. Few nice restaurants nearby on foot otherwise getting a taxi or buses into town is tricky - buses are full and taxis don’t stop so be prepared to wait a while. Won’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

The dining options could have been better and more varied. The general sea view rooms were very average. We had to upgrade to deluxe rooms with pool access which were much better.

Great service, Staff was the best part. Had an alright room but had an ant problem over our week, but it wasnt too bad and im sure its not the same everywhere, Really nice views, Good breakfast, Super nice main building, nice bar etc. Great transportation with taxi and bus stop within 50M, the beach is the only thing we were dissapointed with. 4/5 would come back

Beautiful property. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch by the pool was delicious too. Good cocktails at reception bar and pool bar. Bus stop out front of hotel made it easy to go to Rhodes Town inexpensively and quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

Rhodes stay
We have chosen probably the best room on offer, swim-up with access to a private swimming pool and room was all right and comfortable, however swimming pool was freezing, they don’t heat up the water. Breakfast was included, but it was very mean, food of average quality, awful coffee and oversweeted juices from a concentrate. Instead of eggs/ommelette station they had a “mountains” of prepared omelette which is more like 3 stars hotel and they advert them as 4 stars. Dinner - buffet style with average and oily food, less tasteful than you would expect at 4 stars hotel. At the checkout I was offered to pay part of someone l’s else bill which was charged to the room 3 days before I checked in, disgraceful and unforgivable, I did not receive even sorry.

Not my cup of tea
We stayed at this hotel in April. I was not expecting the room to be so COLD. There were no blankets in the room. The first night, I was so tired from the journey, I didn't want to go all the way to the front desk to request a blanket and I couldn't figure out how to call the front desk from the phone in the room. I slept with my jacket on and a towel over me, shivering the whole time. The next day I asked at the front desk for a blanket and they said they would leave one in the room. Well, they left a tiny, sad-looking blanket that looked like it was maybe 40 years old and barely covered one person, let alone two. Internet is available for free in the lobby but you have to pay if you want to use it in your room. I like that there is a tiny gym area. The pools were beautiful, but it was too cold to really enjoy them. Beautiful little beach area you can walk down to from the hotel. My daughter liked the kids' club. Overall though, not my preferred type of hotel at all, and I wasn't super impressed with the service (mostly the blanket issue, and I overheard a few other people also saying that the rooms were cold and asking staff for blankets). The restaurant was overpriced and there did not seem to be any consistent pricing system for kids. One night I was charged a full adult price for my kindergartener and another night she ate for free. Make it make sense.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und meist ist das internet verfügbar. In unserem Zimmer mit poolzugang war die Verbindung jedoch sehr schlecht und hat nicht mal für email gereicht. Die Liegestühle sind extrem hart. Nach Anfrage haben wir dann ein Polster bekommen. Die Polster der Liegestühle am Hauptpool sind sehr dünn und damit auch sehr unbequem. Die Behandlungen im Spa sind unprofessionell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber auch nicht überwältigend. Die Gartenanlage braucht mehr Pflege. Die Rezeption hat ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. Für alle Fragen (Mietwagen, Spa) konnte nicht weitergeholfen werden und wir wurden einfach weitergeschickt. Alles in allem sind es zwar 4 Sterne, jedoch in manchen sachen einfach auch eher ein 3Sterne Hotel.

This hotel is very nice, entertainment staff is so nice and fun! Reception staff not so nice. They will literally rinse your bank accounts out, so expensive, food was not so nice.

Excellent place and view is nice. And you can even rent car in the lobby. And old town only 10 minutes away

This property is a great value. The breakfast was good and the pool was spotless. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only downside is lack of Wi-Fi available in the rooms, and even if you paid for the Wi-Fi, it does not work for iPhone or iPad products. Otherwise, WiFi can be reached in the lobby and on the grounds.
