The bathroom was dirty. The comforters were stained and the floors were dirty. I would not recommend. I stayed 15 minutes before packing up and getting a refund. Then I found another hotel in the area.

Ok, but probably won't go back
this is an old style motel but our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Things looked newly painted and fresh. The down side was we were there to attend a funeral with my husbands suit and good clothes. There was no place to hang them. Just a little rack or something would have been so helpful. Also the outlet for the bathroom didn't work which was a pain to dry my hair. The real downside was our next door neighbors who had a car with no muffler. They made 5 trips in and out of the parking lot all through the night. Woke us up every time, and when they weren't coming and going they were in the room screaming at each other. The walls are very thin and made for a miserable night for us. Probably won't ever go back here because we did not feel safe all night.

Housekeeping was very very loud when going to rooms and never cleaned our room once. The bedside light and charging outlets stopped working after one night, along with another one of the lamps. Upon entering the hotel after check in, the shower was dirty and had hairs all in it. Have not had anymore towels provided since check in and the only polite employee we had interaction with was what seemed like the manager who was very nice and helpful. However, I will most likely not stay at any more hotels with this name going forward as I am very disappointed and frankly a little grossed out by the lack of care for the rooms.

For the price and location, I am unsure why the negative comments here. For the price point i think the hotel was decent, there are always here and there things, but I was happy with the cleanliness and the staff were professional and helpful.

Disappointed stay
When I opened the door, I easily noticed it needed to be swept. Upon further inspection, I had to fix the wires for the cable box, put my own trash cans trash bag into it, the heater barely worked, and one of the pillows had a stain.

Facilities were, we believe, under renovations with updating rooms etc. our room had not been updated and could have used a thorough cleaning around edges and heads of bed area on the floors. Overall our stay was adequate, however the price was high for this kind of current accommodation. We would use this Days Inn again in the future.

Room was supposed to have a king size bed, it was queen. Room was extremely dirty, bathroom floor full of hair, chair full of glitter and extremely dirty, various wall stains with food or mud( we hope) Strange people on the parking lot. Room floor dirty. It stunk when we entered and DOES NOT SMELL CLEAN. I can’t even take my facial mask off. CERTAINLY NOT SATISFIED.

Pottstown seems like a town that was booming 60 years ago, but has degraded since. Everything needs updated. Our room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke despite being "non-smoking." We only stayed Friday night and while the hotel was probably only 1/4 full, that one night was loud with chaos at all hours of the night. I'm not one for 4-star hotels, but this is not one I would go to again.

I was up all night and day because of upstairs partying the staff didn't do anything until noon the next day. A few days later I needed to extend stay one day for a family emergency and they would not give me one day to pay the next day and threw me out and my wife is VERY ill and they charged me twenty dollars for late checkout. And did not give me free night for no sleep and ungodly noise for an entire day after I told them my wife needed quiet to heal. Pathetic and greedy petty people

I didn't expect that the hotel would be a great place to stay, based on the online reviews. There were some areas in our room that were in need of repair. The biggest disappointment was that, even though the beds were made and new towels were put out, the floor hadn't been vacuumed.. I told the people at the front desk and they were appalled. It was evident that they try really hard to have a nice place
