It was Ok but found cobwebs in bedroom. Better job on cleaning. Otherwise front office staff were exceptional

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub . Of course the night we stay and want to utilize the pool there are a bunch of adults fighting in the pool area which warranted the police .

Bathroom was so so small I almost knocked my toddler out with the door while bathing him. The room smelled I had to go drive to Walmart to get room deodorizer

This property was not as advertised. The pictures online make it look way nicer than it is. The room was clean, but dated. The bathroom was very small. The lighting in the hallways and room was poor. The carpet was ugly and old. I checked out without staying. Definitely not worth over $100 per night. $75 is a fair price for this place.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend.The staff were very helpful and kind.The room was great and clean.Snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby and the free breakfast in the morning made our stay.Will stay again but definitely going to get a bigger room my kiddos need some extra space.

Everyone was fantastic with the help of getting me orange juice for my husband since his sugar dropped and for getting our sta extended after my mom passed

Very caring and helpful
We were there because my mom was in icu. The staff were great to us the whole time. And the one night my husband's sugar dropped to 36 and they gave me 2 glasses of orange juice which help get sugar corrected. They were also good when we had to extend our stay to the loss of my mom very clean, comfortable

Comfortable and spacious, except the bathroom.
The hotel is showing its age. Bathroom is tiny, and we are used to New York City ones. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and very well stocked. Good for a short stay.

New Year’s trip!
The room had plenty of space, I had an accessible room, bathroom had plenty of space. The only thing is that the room was too far from the elevator for someone walking with a cane and there was only one elevator. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great hotel, great location
We had a great stay. We were travelling to Koziar's Village and this was about twenty minutes away. The hotel was quiet, kids loved the pool, and staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having a breakfast buffet given that so few hotels seem to offer a hot breakfast these days. No complaints.

Terrible
I made the reservations for my daughter and granddaughter so they wouldn't have to travel home after midnight in the rain. I paid for it with my credit card. Asked if that was it and they said yes. My daughter got to the hotel and they wanted a $50 deposit for anything that may get broken. She only had cash on hand. The hotel would not take any cash. I was asleep at home so I couldnt help them. They ended up driving home in the middle of the night and I am out $138. I complained to Hotel.com they said that they would check into it. Neither Hotel.com or Holiday Inn would give nay of my money back. I am 74 years old and $138 is alot of money to just give. Never again will I use either Holiday Inn and Hotel.com.
