Pros: The staff was truly amazing. They were there to help out every time we needed something. One day we had our room cleaned twice and we had turned down service. Cons: The hotel is under new ownership. There was alot of construction going on daily so it was hard to relax throughout the day. Our room was very dated, needs updating. The food was horrible. My husband and I had reall bad upset stomachs for days. The food at th hotel was very limited and very bland. We thought going to the DR, we would have had local traditional dishes. But, I think they cater to the European tourists more there. We were there for a wedding and the bride came home with a parasite because of the food. We stayed on the adults only side. However, there were kids at the adults only pool and the beach. The rules were not enforced. We were disappointed because we paid a little more to have an adults only area. We will not be going back to the DR because of this experience. We will go back to Mexico.

La propiedad aún no está abierta al.100, deben mejor la variedad en el buffet. La gastronomía en los restaurantes a la carta es excelente. El parque acuático está chulo.

Overall good, but ongoing construction on site and next to the building where we stayed made us sacrifice the feeling of complete comfort. Also the room left a lot to be desired with very strong marks of unfinished renovation.
