Chambre petite. Vieille maison donc l’insonorisation est moyenne les planchers craquent. Air climatisé bruyante. Belle maison la vue est super et c’a respire le calme

Un endroit agréable et magnifique.
Notre séjour s'est déroulé à merveille dans cet endroit des mieux localisé. La vue est magnifique et les plages sont à moins de 10 minutes de marche.

Bel endroit en bord de mer
L'hôtel est très bien situé, sur le bord de la mer, près de la plage. La réservation inclus le petit déjeuner, le thé et biscuits en pm et l'apéro avant le souper. Ils ne servent pas de diner, ni souper mais sont affiliés avec d'autres auberges et restaurants qui sont très bien. De l'extérieur, l'hôtel a besoin d'être repeint (peinture écaillée) et dans notre chambre, le bord de fenêtre en bois était rongé par l'humidité. La tuyauterie se faisait entendre bruyamment lorsqu'on utilisait l'eau chaude du lavabo. À part ces mises à niveau, tout était impeccable.

This has to be the BEST hotel we have ever stayed! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the beach with everything you need for a perfect day! I can’t wait to come back!

Vibrant Victorian
Lovely Victorian seaside house turned inn. Clean, bright. Lots of comfy pillows on the bed. Great public areas for watching the sea, sunrise and sunset. Suzanne at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. Great value for the room and bath. Elevator and accessible entry makes moving between floors with luggage easy.

The Beach House is such a darling property. It is right on the ocean and it’s just such a cutie! I felt like I was in a Nancy myers movie - the decor was absolutely perfect. It has such a homey feel and they make sure you feel that coziness. The lobby has amazing ocean views, so cozy, tons of board games to play and always coffee and tea to drink. They have bikes and beach chairs to make your stay even more fun. I loved that! They also have tons of rocking chairs outside & seating on the front porch for the amazing sunrise and sunset everyday. You can see the entire coast east to west and it’s truly breathtaking. The beach is like a 2 second walk across the street and I’d also highly recommend doing some stargazing here. It gets so dark at night and you can see so many more stars than usual! Our room was super cozy and the bathrobes were soo luxurious and soft. The bathroom was probably the only part that felt like it needed a little freshen up - but it worked fine, not dirty at all, just a tad outdated. However everything else was so cute and decorated perfect. The bed was super comfy. I felt like I was at home here. I would totally stay here again - it felt like home away from home. The grounds are beautiful with flowers everywhere and even the paint colors on the building itself just made me happy. I will say kennebunk is a quiet town so you’ll most likely have to drive into kennebunkport (only a few mins away) to get food. Everyone who worked there was so kind also!

Oh my gosh I loved this place. It was convenient to get around and soooo pretty. We sat and had coffee on the porch in the morning looking out at the ocean. It was peaceful. The staff was so nice and the public area was cozy. Like sitting in someone’s living room

This is a wonderful place to stay, right across from the ocean / beach, and an easy 1 mile bike trip into Kennebunk. They have bicycles you can use for free. And the place is very clean, with fresh coffee / tea / apple cider and cookies, Friendly staff too, it's just a great hotel, will be back. John and Diane W

This was our third stay at the Beach House. We were disappointed in that the afternoon cordial offering and breakfast were no longer provided. One of the pluses in staying at the Beach House was these amenities. If we chose to return to the Beach House this will be one of our considerations.

We loved sitting outside and looking at the ocean or sitting in the cozy greatroom playing games and visiting other people. The parking was extremely convenient. We could walk across the quiet street to the beach or take a short drive to the picture postcard town. They also offered beach chairs and bikes for the guest to use for free. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

Disappointed in the room but loved the location.
The Beach House has a nice lobby/sitting area with the BEST view of the ocean but our room was on the first floor(ie basement). It has a funny smell to it, had cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom and a very noisy dehumidifier that stopped working the second day. I’d like to try it again but would be adamant about not having a room on the “first floor”. Staff at as very friendly.

Although not the worst place, I’ve ever stayed, this Inn has an obvious moisture problem. There are portable dehumidifiers running everywhere throughout. The Inn is well away from any restaurants so you’ll need to take your car to get to dinner. No coffee service in the rooms, although coffee and tea service is offered 24 x 7 next to the lobby (but no decaf). No breakfast at the Inn. No housekeeping until check-out. In our room, there was no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries (a shelf would have been helpful). On the positive side, it is a very nice location for walking, right on the beach. The outside grounds were very nice. But in my opinion, not worth a repeat visit.

We do have decaf K-cups at the coffee bar; so sorry you didn't see them there. We also are happy to make fresh large pots by request.
