Rooms were disgusting! Carpets inside room were stained and pull-out couch was ripped/cut up. The whole building smelled like trash from overflowing receptacles in the hallway. We attempted to check into two different rooms that were both too filthy for my child to walk around or sleep in. We were exhausted from traveling all day but ended up checking out the same night and finding a different hotel. The photos of this property are extremely decieving.

The smell when we walked in was horrible. Stale cigarette smoke, pot, urine and alcohol were all infused into the carpet in the hallway. It was dark and dingy, not friendly at all. The room was disgusting. A dead cockroach on the floor, the floors were filthy, the bathroom drains had bugs in them, there was paint in the back of the door that also looked like blood. Everything was sketchy…..the riff raff staying there was pretty nasty too. We only stayed because I booked on Expedia and paid ahead not refunds. This was a wedding weekend for a family member and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Did not sleep at all….. You should close this location and start over or just turn it into the halfway house it seems to be!

This place was very dirty and smelled awful. We had to hold our breath in the hallways because it smelled super rotten. People, probably residents, hang out in front of the place smoking. Bugs in my room, crumbs on the floor and stains all over chairs and couch. Not a pleasant way to relax in there. When trying to check out, we waited a while for someone at the front desk to show up. Turns out she was taking a smoke break outside. The area around is decent, there’s a nice plaza around the corner. Otherwise, this place is disgusting and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Especially for $200 a night.

The staff were short tempered and unhelpful. The room we got smelled awful, but because the staff were so unhelpful during checkin we were doubtful they would give us another room. Would never stay here again. Even if it’s cheap, it’s not worth it.

Pungent odor greets you when you enter. Shady clientele. Rooms are clean but have the feel of being well used. Staff is very nice and refunded our 2nd night. Area surrounding is ok, but it feels like a hotel for the homeless.

Arrived late thanks to flight delays. Instantly questioned my decision to book this place. It smelled. Another guest I encountered off the elevator gave me the creeps (that awful gut feeling that you get). First room was not clean -- carpet was filthy, bugs on counter, no bedding. Back at reception they offered me another room. The room was a bit better -- but the A/C didn't work. Room was sweltering! And that's a feat given it was only in 50s outside. Difficult to sleep. By 1am I decided I'd check out when it was light (was supposed to stay three nights) and found availability at the Best Western further north on 16th. No hot water up on the 3rd floor when I tried to shower in the morning. I have rarely been so happy to leave a hotel. (The Best Western was MUCH better -- and they let me check in early!)

Walked into the bathroom just as a cockroach was crawling out of the drain. Had a queen plus pullout sofa room....the sofa pulled out to a filthy mattress, with blood on it a zero linens in the room. I gave my son the top sheet off of my bed so he wouldn't have to lay on the bare mattress. Luckily we had blankets in the car. We both "slept" in our clothes.

This was the worst and deceiving hotel I have ever seen . Once trying to check in they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they went to “quickly “ clean a room. As soon as we walked in the hallway it smelled like garbage or something dead. As soon as we stepped in our room smelled like animal urine alll over . So bad I was gagging we ended up trying to change rooms and when we were at the front desk someone had got into an altercation with the receptionist. At that point we just left and never went back

There were way too many pets for my preference. The corridors had signs of pet urine on the walls & carpets. Could hear dogs barking in rooms nearby late at night. I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. Will not stay here again. The place could use more attention in cleaning the doors, elevators & carpets in the stairwell.
