seul au monde
Ns sommes restes 3 jours ds cet hotel en retrait,pres d une plage certes mais nous n en avons pas vue la couleur,du fait de fortes pluies qui nous a contraints de rester a l hotel. De plus nous etions les seuls clients,donc petit dej a la carte,enfin presque puisque il n y avait pas le choix.Tres decevant.

Utmärkt hotell
Mycket bra hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var god med mycket grönsaker och äggstation. Polen var ren trevlig att koppla av i. Man bör hyra en mc för att ta sig runt men vill man kan man gå till stranden på ett par minuter. Ett hotell jag gärna besöker igen.

We were upgrade by hotel, the room are very good and convenient so i love there facilities in the room as beach towel you can bring there to the beach etc . The hotel location can walk to the beach around 5 mins and you able to walk along the beach to the Memories bar. Breakfast in low season is a la carte in Western and Asian style, there are many choice. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. They are so lovely!!! If you are traveling by bus you can drop off at PA-KA-RANG junction and hotel offer the car to pick you up at there! The hotel far for main road around 4 k.m. but hotel offer you a free shuttle bus to pick up at main road! RECOMMENCE!

Preiswertes Resorthotel unweit der wunderschönen White Sand Beach. Zimmer, Badezimmer und Anlage ok, you get what you pay for. Eintöniges verbesserungswürdiges Frühstück. Trotzdem zusammenfassend empfehlenswert.

Bra prisvärd hotell. Hyrde motorcykel för det är en bra bit från stan. Riktigt bra frukost och pool förutom att den va extremt varm just nu. Gymet är ganska spartanskt så förvänta dig inte ett fitnescenter. Wi-fi väldigt dåligt i rummet men fungerade bra vid reception.

Established resort in quiet area.
It’s a nice place. No bungalows or high class stuff but friendly and has all facilities. Communication is a bit haphazard. Food is good, plenty of quality cooking. Generous buffet breakfast. I would have marked the resort excellent In all aspects except for (a) lack of English speaking staff on reception, (b) ours was the smallest room and lacked a table/chairs inside, (c) no facilities for yoga but plenty of garden space, (d) no afternoon tea (!). We liked it here and extended our two night stay to a further week. Excellent value.

Avkoppling
Närheten till en liten butik och de fem restaurangerna gör att man har det man behöver i Thailand. Stranden bra att promenera på. Långgrunt. Två km efter stranden ligger memorial bar med gratis solstolar och fin lunchrestaurang.

Kohtuullinen majoitus edulliseen hintaan.
Hotelli vastasi ennakko-odotuksia eli halvalla saa korkeintaan keskitason majoitusta. Huone oli hieman pintaremontin tarpeessa. Terassin ovi irtosi kiskoiltaan 6 kertaa kahden viikon lomamme aikana. Huoneen siivous jätti hieman toivomisen varaa. Siivoaminen oli lähinnä näennäistä pölyjen pyyhkimistä, lattioita ei pesty kertaakaan hotellin toimesta (pari kertaa tehtiin se itse pyyhkeillä). Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta valitettavasti ei kovin kielitaitoista. Välillä jopa taksin tilaaminen esim. kello kuudeksi hotellille aiheutti ongelmia. Hotellin suurin miinus on ehdottomasti sijainti. Taksimatka Khao Lakin keskustaan kestää noin 15 minuuttia. Hotellin välittömässä läheisyydessä on noin 6 ravintolaa, joissa kaikissa on suunnilleen sama ruokalista eli vaihtelua ei lähistöllä ole tarjolla.

Good Value for money pleasant hotel and nice pool and hotel surroundings Although near a beach if you need to go to the main part of Khoa Lak its a few miles away but there are enough nice restaurants and beaches nearby including coconut beach but would recommend hiring a motorbike which is only around "200-250 baht (£5) a day General Manager Wuthipong was extremely professional and helpful

Would say it's ok. We've been there in rain season, so not even there but in whole Khao Lak was nothing really to do. Hotel is quite away from anything, maybe three restaurants near by and that's it, otherwise you need to get a taxi to Khao Lak which is around 10km away. Beach near the hotel was really dirty and unswimmible, but again it was raining few times a day. Rooms itself were clean but musty and with a bit of smell, but it's quite normal in Thailand, but they were spacious and with nice tarace. Housekeeping was doing a great job, every day cleaning was really detailed. The prosperity needs a little bit of renovation and care. Also checking in was a bit different then usuall, normally if you book with hotels.com you just need to give you're passport and it's all good, here we needed to sent the confirmation to reception as they didn't have it, so it took a little bit more time, but still without any problems.

Ett bra hotell, rena och fina rum. Ett stort minus var badrummet med en igenkalkad dusch. Fin och ren pool. Bra strand. Bra frukost. Trevlig personal, hjälpsamma. Ett väldigt lugnt stället, bra restauranger, cirka fem st, ett massageställe. En liten affär. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Nöjd till 98%
Toaletten på vårt rum fungerade inte när vi kom. Efter att personalen under en timmes tid försökt lösa problemet blev vi erbjudna ett annat rum och som kompensation för det inträffade blev vi uppgraderade till en svit. Servicen och önskan att gästerna ska trivas är mycket god på hotellet. Inget att klaga på. Vi har bott på hotellet två gånger tidigare och enligt vårat tycke har frukosten blivit sämre. Som exempel var marmelad det enda smörgåspålägget som fanns. Yoghurt fanns bara några enstaka dagar. Trots detta trivs vi på hotellet och kommer att återvända dit. Kan rekommenderas.

Enjoyable Stay
An enjoyable stay at Palm Galleria. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast although simple was more than enough. Beautiful pool! Short walk to the beach near the hotel and and you can use a bicycle (for free) to get to other beaches along the coast. Overall the hotel and grounds could do with general matinience and refurbishment would do the hotel a world of good.

Pleasant stay but it was expensive for what it was
Room was very large and could easily accommodate two adults and two children (ages 11 and 13). Cleaned very well each day. Pool was nice and easy 2 minute walk to beach. Nothing special and given price expected more. Staff were friendly. no issues really.

Besviken
Blev relativt besviken på vistelsen på Palm galleria resort. Frukosten var under all kritik med dåligt utbud, restaurangen bjöd bara på en tråkig buffé och dom få som kunde engelska av personalen var ofta väldigt ointresserade och buttra. Vid pool baren tog det en evighet att beställa någonting eftersom personalen även där knappt kunde engelska och var tvungen o ringa någon varje gång man skulle ha någonting. Det fanns dock några guldkorn i personalen som var jättetrevliga och verkligen försökte när vi inte förstod varandra. Tyvärr så slutade en av dom i mitten av vår vistelse där.

Please be aware that there's no hot water in the shower and worst still the water comes out murky and yellow and with residue. Rooms with bugs n roaches but what do you expect when u are living in middle of where. Other than that this hotel is a nice stay
