Phone in room never worked...told front desk first day, was never fixed. Shower water came down from overhead, impossible to take shower without getting hair wet. TV control worked poorly, ? Bad batteries? Ordered room service once, ordered red wine and it came up white (room service attendant apologized and fixed very quickly, she was really good!), Workout room had ellipticals with TV, but only if you paid for it...that's pretty cheap, considering room cost! Went out to car last day (Sunday)...about 7:30 am, glass wine bottle broken at the bottom, ready to enter a tire, in parking lot just behind car next to me.

Our toilet wasn’t working and our AC was broken. Had to have maintenance come in our room 2 different times, once when we arrived and another in the middle of the night when we got back from a wedding. The remote also wasn’t working with the guide and menu so we couldn’t tell what we were watching. Never had this experience before in a hotel!
