Séjour memorable a Park City Canyons
Quelle belle découverte! Bel hotel, confortable, propre et surtout très bien situé. Nous y avons passé une semaine à 4 dont 2 enfants de 9 et 10 ans. Le condo était grand avec une belle cuisine. 5 minutes de marche des pistes. Piscine et y spa chauffés pour l'après ski. Plusieurs microbrasseries à une dizaine de minutes de voiture ou d'autobus. Très recommandé.

Property is organized into two connected buildings, and you need to go up 1 floor then cross over into the other building and go up again. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. No in-room safe. Lighting needed repair. Temperature control in room inconsistent. Location good, convenient shuttle to ski slopes. No housekeeping, even to collect trash, during our 4 night stay. Perfume-like odor in hallway outside the room night and day. Only one working ice machine in the entire building.

Old and dumpy - service was horrible. Elevator was down for hours - Mattress was lumpy and caving in. Great location - just past it time. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms and very convenient for walking or taking shuttles to nearby activities - skiing, dining, shopping, etc. Even with the current construction, we found it to be very quiet.

Hallways under renovation
All the floors and ceilings in the hallways are being renovated. The Hotel.com website did not inform us of this. We found out AFTER we purchased the room. The construction supplies are being stored in the parking garage so expect parking problems as the ski season begins. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed. Bright aspects of our stay? It was very quiet because no one else was staying in our corner of the building. Maintenance was quick to respond to light our fireplace.

The room was sufficient, but a few in-room amenities were lacking, and the limited service staff / hours was unexpected. There was nothing wrong with the room and service, it's just that it was a little below expectations.

Check in was great (Nathan) Had to ask for items to be fixed over and over (TV, blinds) AC was not working, they fixed the issue with portable fans that blew warm air. Room 121A was dirty (items left in fridge, under bed.

Overall great! Just wish they had some on site stores, restaurants, coffee or etc.. Plus more spots for covered parking. The garage isn’t big enough for all the rooms they have available.

The location of the property was convenient, when I checked in, the employee asked what room number, I said I didn’t have a room number given to me, but I needed a room with two beds. When I went up to the room there was only one bed. My son opened the closet door and there were some underwear left behind from the previous guest.

Save yourself the expense
We wished we had been alerted that the property was undergoing a plumbing & HVAC renovation. The property itself looks tired and in need of the remodel apparently taking place this fall. We were extremely disappointed that we paid premium rates for a kitchen that had no coffee for the machine (but listed as one justification for a $20 per day surcharge though, and an unheated pool another one) no dish towel, nor dish soap. The last morning huge "ants" appeared in our 5th floor unit bathroom. We will stay elsewhere next time.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not informed of the current renovations. Our current stage should have no impact to the rooms yet so if you were affected I do apologize. We have informed the HOA of the pool issues, and I am speaking with my agents to see why your requested items were missed. Great stay. We were only staying the night passing through but is now on our list to come back and have an actual stay here for a few days. Clean and comfortable with everything you’d need. Great family space. Our only issue was we could not figure out the TV but we weren’t staying long enough for it to matter. Look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay.. the skiing was awesome and the Silverado resort and staff were great! I highly recommend the Silverado resort if you are looking for a not quite sky in sky or but still a close and affordable place to stay while skiing at Park City.

Sadly this is our last time to go to PC/Canyons d/t having had such a terrible experience w/ noise at the room we were put into. Nathan and Josh tried to find us a top floor but it would have been a downgrade. We were told our first floor room in building 2 had nobody above us at time of reservation. We learned the first night that was not true. Then our last night some drunk partiers kept us up till 430am. Ryan called security and Daniel tried to help me w/o involving the police. We could only hear the noise together while in our room but not standing outside the room above us. It was like they were stumbling around in their ski boots all night, knocking over skis and rearranging furniture. And so w/ 90 minutes of sleep before needing to get up to catch the shuttle to SLC to fly home made for a miserable journey. The other issues were not related to the hotel. The gondola was broken one day. Then next the line was a 2hr wait to get onto the gondola. We just won't come back. It would be nice to get a refund/credit for 2 of the sleepless nights, but I doubt that will happen.

I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time in Park City. I saddened to hear that you had sleepless nights and could not truly enjoy PC for the beautiful place it is. I truly hope you decide to give us and Park City another chance.

Good stay. Had everything we needed. Pretty basic. Not much else. One bedroom suite is actually 2 hotel rooms that they reconfigured to a suite. Yo can hardly walk thru the kitchen living room side it’s so tight.

The kitchen was well stocked. We used the hot tub and it was a great temp. Parking garage was easy to use. It was strange that our condo's balcony was the same balcony as the condo next to us. There didn't seem to be anyone staying so it wasn't a big deal but it could have been annoying.

Check was efficient and room was adequate. HVAC system was quite noisy and made it hard to sleep. The most disappointing thing was that the hot tub was out of commission. A hot tub was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Nice hotel
The girl at check in was super friendly and helpful and efficient. The room was nice. The biggest issue I had was the pillows were as hard as rocks and so it was a very restless and painful night. Not an issue but more of a suggestion/want/comfort, it would be nice to have a lounge chair or small couch/love seat in the room to relax on. I would stay again but would have to bring my pillow from home next time.

What a surprise to find my bed was in the wall cabinet -- a Murphy pull-down bed.

Hi Kathy! All of our studio rooms have a murphy bed, which does pull out of the wall. This helps to save on space. Sorry for any confusion!

This is a great spot. Walking distance to lifts. Amenities are a solid B/B and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. One thing to note is that we had a car and drove both nights out to dinner in PC which I’d recommend
