Brief overnight for going to the airport.

Les + : Only a 7 minute ride to the airport and shuttle runs often. The bartender was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Les - : The restaurant was really bad - the food was not really edible at twice the price you would pay anywhere else in Paris. The bread was even bad!
Situation : Nothing - this is for airport overnight stays only.
One person to check-in people - so it took 10 minutes. Although it was freezing outside we had to turn on the Air Conditioning fan at high speed to drown out the noise of doors opening in the hall - for some reason they all squeaked loudly - very strange. Only one towel in the bathroom. And the worst was the restaurant - you expect over priced food at an airport hotel - but in France it should at least be good. Even the bread was bad!!! The hotel is isolated so you have no other food choices - really bad at these prices. This is a four star hotel - I have literally had better food at American fast food restaurants for 25% of the price.

Perfect after 26hrs travelling

Les + : it was close to the airport and provided a shuttle service to and from the Terminal, in addition to being a great hotel.
After 26hrs air travel from Australia, we found the staff to be very helpful and efficient. The room was clean & modern and faced the air strip for Terminal 1 of CDG but we never heard a single jet engine. The bed was generous, comfortable and clean. The bathroom whilst compact had every convenience. One comment there was no power point (earthed) for the hairdryer in the bathroom. There was a power point for electric razors so I suppose this was deliberate as early risers who need to shave would easily mistake a earthed point for a non earthed point ☺️

Excellent Overnight in CDG Hotel

Les + : Dawn comforter and pillows! Room cleanliness though a bit small!
Les - : Better clarity on the hotel's website as to the place where the hotel shuttle stops.
Situation : Was not there long enough!
This is a very neat hotel, and the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in for a long time. You have though to make sure where to wait for the shuttle at the airport. I first waited at Terminal 1, but after a while, I was picked up by a bus driver who took to Terminal 2 where I was able to get into the hotel shuttle. But I still think the hotel is an excellent deal for the price in Paris Charles De Gaulle area!

Ok facilities, disappointing staff

Les + : Facilities Ok. Room, Ok, Room Service Ok Accessibility relatively ok.
Les - : Need to work on the staff, Customer Service Oruentation ia a must for this hotel. English to the Operator and shuttle driver.
Relatively easy to go from the gates. You can take the inter terminal train, leaves you at a parkin lot, fro there call the shuttle, don´t attempt to go walking to the hotel. Hotel is ok, in its type. Staff was not friendly. Since we call for the shuttle. The person on the phone did not speak english and was not friendly. His only answer was: Will be there in 5 minutes. We have to call several times for the shuttle, arrived to the hotel no one welcomed us, at the front desk there were 2 people not attending any one. At the bar, the bartender was ok, not really helpful We order room service, was ok, no problems The room is ok, the facilities are nice and comfortable. Clean The next day we told the shuttle operator that we were flying in United Airlines, did not speak english. He answered American, we said; No, United Airlines. At the end he dropped us in Terminal 2, in front of American. There we found that United was in Terminal 1, we had to walk 10 minutes and then have to take the inter terminal train to go to Terminal. Fortunately we were very on time for our flight.

Great hotel... weird credit card policy

Les + : Fantastic room size and furnishings.
Les - : The staff is a little snippy... could be overwork.
This was my first time in a Pullman hotel and I was very impressed with the room size and quality - great bed, fab bathroom, etc... Even though it is close to airport it was very very quiet. One thing did puzzle me though. I travel a lot and when we checked in, we gave our credit card for supplemental charges. We dropped the key at the counter when we checked out, and walked to the shuttle, and got chased for the credit card again to settle the bill. This has never happened to me, charges usually just go right onto the credit card I register with - and yes, I used the same credit card both times so it was not a balance issue. The food in the restaurant left a bit to desire but service was good.
