Great hotel for the buck
I will definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had grood water pressure. Everything worked in the room. The pool area was very inviting and the pool was super clean. For allowing pets 🐾 to stay the landscape and grass looked well maintained and clean. All in all I give it a 10

I enjoyed the hot breakfast. It was nice to see scrambled eggs and sausages instead of the usual cold cereal option that so many other hotels offer.

It was a great stay, 4 rooms for business. House keeping was amazing. Rooms clean, grounds clean. Good size rooms, quiet environment and close to our work. Highly recommend!

The Hotel staff was less than helpful when other guests decided to play extremely loud music outside their room disturbing others trying to sleep at 2 AM.

Felt like a bait and switch pictures showed one room, actual room given had dusty floors with some mold between the tiles, couch was dirty, shower was worse than what was pictured. Please give honest expectations to customers.

Strange smell
Room had a smell in it that wasn’t pleasing. It smelt like a dog had stayed in the room. I had to get a can of febreze to spray.

The beds smell like human sweat, one of the maids told me it’s the blankets, “they only flip them over, not change them.” Disgusting!

My American flight was delayed overnight. Upon first arriving at this Quality Inn, I was cautiously optimistic. The room was $406 per night, which must mean it’s good, right? The door was battered. The cable didn’t work. There were bugs and hair in the sheets. There was VISIBLE black mold FLOURISHING on the walls and linoleum in the bedroom. The desk clerk was nice enough to fix my cable and offer me a can of Lysol for the overwhelming moldy smell. So I decided to wash my hands and leave. The sink and toilet looked clean enough, but I soon realized the faucet was missing from the bathroom sink!! I was sure I must be on candid camera—but apparently it was real life. I wasted two $50 Uber trips from the airport to get there. Serious mistake.

Nice Christmas Stay
Everything was basically fine. More attention could have been given to cleaning, mainly the floors. They felt sticky and there were piles of dirt in corners of bathroom. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice and the beds were comfy. Very convenient location when we go to Panama City to visit family.
