Séjour fabuleux !! L'hôtel est superbe. Le service excellent. Des bouteilles d'eau à notre entière disposition. Des fruits au bord de la piscine. Notre arrivée était très tardive mais on nous attendait. Le service voiture génial, rapide et avec le sourire. Et le petit déjeuner fabuleux !! Variés. Les produits sont frais et de très bonne qualité. Des jus frais, une grande variété de fruits, des viennoiseries faites maison. Il est cher 40$ mais extraordinaire. Les chambres sont grandes. Salle d'eau avec douche et baignoire. Je recommande vivement

I loved the property and the staff. My family was catered to in every way. From the valet, greeting, hospitality, room, room service and entertainment. Great facility. The only issue I had was I booked through expedia and my trip was paid for in full. I also got charged by the hotel for the same fee. I explained and produced the receipts to the staff only to get told that I would have to take the issue up with expedia. There was no empathy or understanding of the issue, just cold and straightforward. What a damper to an otherwise nice experience.

Disappointed
Service level around the pool was deplorable. Everyone was complaining . They include a 18% service charge… so there’s absolutely no incentive for these people to do a good job. Not what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. Hotel had less than 50% occupancy and they put me in a third floor room looking straight into some palm trees. Absolutely no view. I know service in our country has nosedived, but you just don’t expect this from a Ritz Carlton. Very little attention to detail.

Wonderful stay, amenity use can be challenging
Overall wonderful stay, but finding pool seating when the hotel is full is a challenge, and the staff were not initially helpful. It took asking 3 people before we found someone working in the pool area that was willing to help us try to find open chairs. Additionally, be aware that the amenities are shared with the adjoining Marriott property, so the Ritz amenities can be unusable when both properties are busy.
