Très bel endroit calme et relaxant.Propriété a l’extérieur très propre avec beaucoup belles fleurs.Belle fontaines .Tres belle piscine .L’interieur des Villas est assez propre malgré en retrouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain dans le bain et sur plancher ce qui n’est pas plaisant . Très bon service .Personnel très accueillant. Merçi.

This place is wonderful the pool was clean a the rooms were clean and comfy the staff could of been more helpful with giving information being that it was our first time there but the place is easy to navigate and they do offer a map of the resort so you can navigate it. I love that it feels like an apartment so it’s like a home away from home can’t wait to go back. Food is typical for resort food nothing special. And outside the resort all you can find is fast food.

Everything was just great. We just noticed the staff’s attitude changes when u attend their “presentation session”. Before attending and while in the session they will be super joyful friendly and praising you al the time and then they will explain the package and once you say “we need time to think” (because price is not in 3 digit its on 5 digits) their attitude will change immediately. The lady gave us max 1 hr to think on if we would like to spend $15k money. I mean who will do the decision in such short time. She was keep telling us “our other members dis the decision immediately and bought the package immediately”, she said this to us literally 2-3 times and i was like in my mind “good for you and good for them but we are not falling for you guys”. After that we went to closing agent and even he suggested some package and our answer was same “we need time to think” and he immediately left the table and that was shocking to us.

Our family goes to Florida every year and this hotel is now my favorite. This is the cleanest most comfortable hotel I’ve been to in Florida. The gated entrance is a plus. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay here! the giant pool with waterfalls and hot tub is great! along with the childrens pool area with the water slide and all opened until 11! great service and convenient to parks and shopping, beautiful landscaping and a huge bonus having laundry in the room along with having a one bedroom apt instead of a basic hotel room. we stayed here last week and we are already back today! we will be returning!

Was really happy with my recent stay. Room was very clean and nicely updated, bed was comfortable, and was quiet. The overall property was nicely kept and a lot to do. Every time we walked somewhere we saw staff members which was nice to see. Definitely will stay here again!

Food is getting worse or gotten worse. Marketplace has long lines too. No options and long lines for an online order…. Crazy and not welcoming to the family atmosphere…. Very pricey!!! This place has changed for the worse the last 2-3 years.

No me gusto que el pago de el hotel es al final de tu estadía, cuando haces el chek-out. En vez de tu pagar tu estadia en el momento de el check in. Las tv no tienen para poner netflix, hulu o Disney solo cable tv en su mayoria deportes. Si vaz por trabajo el wifi no funciona.Pero las facilidades como la picina y las areas verdes exelente!

On International Drive making it easier to get around to all the things you want to do. For us as just a couple we used the I drive trolley for our regular transportation to and fro but next year we will be bringing family (yes it’s that good a place to stay) so probably have to use a car. But their parking allocations are great. Also part of the Marriott businesses so know it’s always going to be up to standard.

Great place to stay with families and little kids. We enjoyed the kids pool and main pool. Room was comfortable aside from the pull out couch sofa that was not ideal for sleeping on. The staff was quick to bring anything we needed. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent place with spacious rooms and nice property.

The resort structure is very helpful to entertain kids. The accommodation is good and the swimming pools are enormous.

The land ground was pretty. The villa we had was very clean. We had an issue with our lock on the door and security was called . They was right there speedy to fix the issue immediately. Oscar was really nice. What I liked about this resort was even though we had a washer and dryer we called down to the desk every other day and asked for laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher, soap, bath towels, hand towels. Wash cloths. And one thing I can say about all of that is this resort is not stingy on giving you any of those products or bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes they would bring up immediately within 10 minutes, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, that would last two days they never acted like there was a shortage and they do not charge you for doing that . That is one great quality that the Sheraton offers for their patrons.

Great stay! I enjoyed pretty much everything about the property. The only thing is the parking spaces at night filled up quickly so I had to park kind of far away from the building I stayed at.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained resort in an nice upscale location. It's halfway between Disney and Universal, and close to many great restaurants and a grocery store. The units are well-stocked with everything you need to cook and eat meals, the beds are comfy, the pools are very nice and kid-friendly. Great value!

If staying with young kids, room by pirate pool is a must! Building 25 was an amazing location by pools and with a marketplace serving Srarbucks coffee. No parking and resort fees was also an awesome bonus!

The main pool is insane people get up 7 am put towels on the chairs all day I know because my bedroom was facing the pool the one restaurant the staff is sloooooow and the food is not worth it the resort was clean and the rooms was nice the staff was also nice ..oh and the time share presentations smh one of the comps should be an extra day stay for keeping you there for all of the day
