Prior to checking in I was called by hotel staff stating that my card needed to be charged in full for my stay , I responded that my reservation is not to be charged for my stay until I check in, the personnel than said if my card isn’t charged in full prior to check in than my room is in jeopardy of being taken , it was extremely odd , I’ve been to Grand 5 star hotels and I have never been approached with my reservation being charged in full PRIOR to checking in , could be something shady going on however I did not allow the personnel to charge my card prior to check in and she seemed a bit bothered about it , more so , the room was clean and roomy , old but you could tell it was recently updated , it was a odor in the hotel, but not too overwhelming, there was no lobby area to sit and hang out , the indoor pool was good, the hot tub was out of order, breakfast was very early 6:30AM to 9:30AM so I didn’t make it to breakfast however it was a small set up, the personnel was a bit unapproachable, the housekeeping literally walked into my room while checking out and told me “check out is at 11AM and I need to check out “ I was still getting dressed which was approx.11:15AM, extremely awkward, the location is great many bars and restaurants nearby plus access to i40 interstate, overall it was “ok” but a bit unwelcoming .

Fue una de las peores experiencias de mi vida en primer lugar el cuarto que tú como expedía me recomendó lo reservé y al llegar tenía una cama rota y mi hija al momento de acostarse se terminó cayéndose y aparte mi hijo de lo alegre que estaba por entrar a la alberca una persona de la recepción terminó molesta que porque no quería ruido son niños y esa persona sabe que no estuvo bien porque me moleste mi hijo no estaba haciendo ni desorden ni molestando a ningún huésped tiene 3 años que ruido le puede molestar en mi opinión jamás volveré a ese lugar y jamás volveré a usar esta aplicación que te ofrece una mal experiencia y aparte recomienda para reservar muy malos hoteles es LA PEOR ESTANCIA QUE TODA MI FAMILIA A TENIDO EL PEOR HOTEL DE OKLAHOMA Y EL PEOR PERSONAS QUE E CONOCIDO MUY MAL ESTADO EL HOTEL Y MUY GROSERAS PERSONAS.

Good stay.
The room was fairly clean, hotel was quiet, staff friendly, nice heated pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast. Only complaint would be the beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel itself was convenient and affordable and clean. The staff took over 20 minutes to show up at the front desk though and then said they were only gone 5 minutes.

Nightmare!
The wrong room was booked but did they care? Nope sure didnt. Hotel was dirty and unkept. We noticed a few hrs before leaving that that there was dried blood on the front of the toilet bowl below the seat on the outside. Talk about being grossed out but they way they acted about the incorrect booking why bother with the hassle of even telling them.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot tub. We liked that they had snacks, including ice cream, for purchase. Location was not far from the places we wanted to visit. Wifi was not great at times. Sofa bed had a thin mattress and was stained.

Enjoyable property to stay at with a good selection for breakfast, even changes a little bit daily. Pool and spa area was perfect for the kids and us wanting to stay indoors. Property smelled clean and refreshing even in the evenings. Close by to a lot of amenities and highway.

Close to our destination. Smaller room than was pictured. No sheets for couch in room. Did get some from front desk but no blankets. Musty smell from a/c. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay again
