A nottingham pour voir notre fille étudiante en angleterre, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très agréable avec un personnel très accueillant.

Staff do not know if breakfast is included or not!
We stayed for one one weekend on a familly visit to Nottingham to celebrate a Child Naming. We had booked the Hotel several months in advance (along with many others). The big let down was that staff did not know or could not find whether or not breakfast was included within our room so they said "sit down and we will serve you anyway". Breakfast is expensive at £12-95 a person. Terrible considering there is a restuarant doing a better breakfast for a lot less than 200 yards away. I was not happy with my £40 breakfast bill when I checked out.

Très bonne situation, à 10 min à pied du château de Nottingham en passant par l'allée piétonnière au fond du parking de la zone commerciale (dont le grand magasin de sport est atypique avec à l'intérieur une grande structure de jeux gratuite pour les enfants et un salon de thé!)... Belles ballades également le long des canaux et dans la vielle ville du haut A l’hôtel salle de fitness en libre accès bien équipée, petit déjeuner très complet et pain sans gluten sur demande.

I had booked a room with a walk-in shower because I use a cane but found the bed in the allotted room was a bit too high for me, as I told the night manager. The very next day, Tom Jennings, the overall manager, on his own arranged an”accessible” room for me with a lower bed as well. I was so very grateful to him. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff and manager made me feel very welcome. I recommend the hotel highly.

Very efficient responsive reception staff. Breakfast waitresses helpful and friendly, Good breakfast. Bed comfortable, liked toiletries and great idea if you had forgotten any toiletries, complimentary toiletries available. Complimentary nibbles in the room went do well.

We would have appreciated a more accurate description of the locale as it related to local attractions. Not a good location if you do not have a car, but the hotel itself was fine.

Mum & Daughter away days
Great hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of town centre so could keave the car parked up for the weekend and enjoy the mulled wine & laced hot chocolates at the Chrismas market. Room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable and had a lovely power shower which was very welcome after long days out in the winter weather. Very reasonably priced too so highly recommended.

The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. It was especially quiet given its location. There was poo marks inside the toilet and hairs in the shower and only one used toilet roll. Staff apologised, cleaned the bathroom and provided free meals for the family which we were very grateful for.

Very good experience.
Our stay was a very good experience . Stayed before and the staff are very friendly and helpful . We asked for some extra milk and sugar and also gave us more coffee and tea . Also arranged a taxi to the hospital as my son was having an opperatiion . Would definitely stay again .
