stayed 3 nights; delayed check-in because my 2 rooms were not under my name; no clean linen--had to personally get clean linen and coffee condiments from front desk, even though I had asked cleaning staff to be sure to provide them in my room. Most days there was no service at the bristro and even then, it appeared 1 person was doing double duty (front desk and bristro). Horrible fitness center--very small; had to ask for water and wipes. Having a very difficult time trying to be compensated.

Bar was closed bartender didn’t show up all weekend.! They didn’t serve breakfast.! The cook didn’t show up.! My remote didn’t work to my tv for adjusting volume, so tv was stuck extremely loud volume.!! Yea super bad ! The lady in the morning who I asked about breakfast was super rude and obnoxious

The room was not functioning, light switches did not work. Outlets to plug in hairdryer or curling iron did not work. The hotel phone did not work. Bathroom door did not shut completely and the door was falling off and screws exposed.

The place was clean and neat. The front desk was mostly empty but when waiting for someone to talk with the wait wasnt long and the people were very friendly. The room was for the most part in good condition but the toilet handle was broken and had issues with flushing. The parking was very awkward. Small and the lines weren't clear when parking. Overall good experience with minor issues.

Staff is wonderful and saw to our needs. Hotel is currently under renovation. Room is heavily worn. This one needs updating. Price should be lower. Room was very small . Sofa bed was horrible for my daughter she couldn’t get comfortable.

I expected more for the money I paid. The area is a little rough, and the night staff was more interested in spending time at the bar with friends then making sure raccoons were not going through the trash by the front door.

First our iron did not work. Had to get a new one. Second the elevators were working well due to construction on the inside. I did not see ice machines. I had to ask couple times for clean towels and to get trash out my room. No housekeepers or no hot food on Monday morning. Front desk clerk said she was the only worker there. Everybody was out for holiday. Not good. Service could have been much better.

The staff on 8/17 was not accommodating on my request on extending my stay for few hours on my check out day. I’m traveling from out of state that’s situation is very inconvenient on my part.

My stay was ok. There was nothing to look at on the TV. There was hair in the sink. There was no breakfast included with the stay and the breakfast that you can buy is extremely over priced. I went to Starbuck's and bought the same breakfast for at least $10 cheaper.

Coffee maker was dirty and never cleaned. One bar of soap for 3 people when we arrived. Pool area was dirty and had no towels. When they did clean the room on the 2nd day of our stay they finally gave us body wash and another bar of soap.

No free coffee
There was no free coffee.. Unless you make it in your room, it costs $3.. and only between 6 and 9 am.. beer $5.. I am not used to paying for coffee and the chances of me waking up in a three hour window are slim.. Everything else was great and I will stay there again.. Next time I will prepare my coffee before I go to sleep.
