selon moi il correspond plurot à un 4 étoiles
Il est juste correct et j avoue que j ai été déçu car je m attendais a bcp plus!il y a just le minimum.ca donne l impression qu' ils sont en difficulté,il faut tt demander même les chaussons en chambre n y sont pas et puis le nom ritz Carleton fait rêver mais ils sont très loin derrière Bcp de 5 étoiles!pour moi c est un bon 4 étoiles.

We stay at this Ritz when we are in the DC area. From the greeters to room services, I give them 5 stars. I left an expensive piece of jewelry in the bathroom and the housekeeper took care of it by putting it on a white towel near where she found it. I was VERY HAPPY!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Location is very convenient to everything you may need. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive. It had rained one day and I asked one of the parking attendants and greeters Edward if he had and umbrella and he came up with one right away. Had a great stay!!!

The front desk attendees were kind and helpful. Honestly, was a bit let down with the valet service as we pulled around and they did not acknowledge us or greet us after we sat a bit. It felt a bit awkward, so we ended up parking ourselves in the garage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the area was perfect. Will stay again.

Nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. Great location right next to the metro station, restaurants and stores, and only minutes away from the pentagon.
