Chambre malpropre
Tout semblait correct, première visite à la salle de bain, des poils partout. Dans le bain, sur la toilette, à côté de la toilette, collé sur la porte de la salle de bain, des poils de barbe dans le lavabo, tapis sal, poils dans le lit. Notre couple d’amis était dans une autre chambre et celle la était propre Un employé s’est présenté pour nous remettre des serviettes et je lui ai montré les poils. Il a prit des photos et s’est excusé. Aucune proposition. Au Check out j’ai avisé la dame a l’acceuil Et lui ai montré des photos. Elle s’est excusé et m’a proposé un rabais sur la prochaine visite, je lui ai dit que ça ne m’interessait pas, que je n’y retournerais pas. Dossier clos.

Très bel hôtel , bien entretenu , service courtois. Situé à proximité de la ville de Washington . Nous avons beaucoup apprécie notre séjour et y retournerions avec plaisir .

Excellent service, chambre agréable, restau proch
Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour faire le break avant le départ final (WAS-CDG). Navette gratuite pour vous prendre/rendre à l'aéroport mais aussi pour vous emmener/récupérer pour l'Air & space museum situé à quelques kilomètres de l'hotel. depuis l'hotel, il y a tout un tas de restaurants et de magasins rejoignables en quelques minutes a pied. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner mais la salle est de taille réduite comme dans les autres hotels américains testés. Nous avions une chambre avec 2 grds lits+ 1 banquette (attention la banquette ne sert que pour les enfants, sinon les ressorts vous le rappellent). Rapport qualité prix excellent donc pour cet hotel proche de l'aéroport de Dulles avec un service de navette irréprochable.

Cuando llegue el aire acondicionado estaba malo olía un poco raro nos cambiamos de habitación y Amo nadar con mis hijos en las piscinas pero deberían de darle un poco más de mantenimiento el agua parecía estancada pero de allí bien puedes dormir tranquilo no hay bulla 🙏

we travel quite a lot , hotel staff at check in was fine but at 9 am we had our door nocked hard , while getting dress the housekeeping staff opened the door , when i asked the Lady why she did that and her answer was that she needed to work and had no room to clean , spoke to manager and realized quick that was standard operation forth thier housekeeping this housekeeping lady needs to have manners and you been warn , no need to bring a clock , the rude staff will.help you wake up ,

The hotel/ experience was ok. The hotel smells a little musty, there may be smoking sections I'm not sure. Breakfast was ok, nothing special Coffee onsite taste like flavored water, there are delicious places to drink coffee within walking distance. Walking distance to nice restaurants. The heated pool is Freezing. My room was outdated and had mildew/ mold on the shower ceiling. They provide shuttle service to Dulles Airport. Safe place to sleep & explore Washington DC.

First Juan at front desk was pleasant, if it wasn’t for him I would have booked. However, room another story. Holes in walls, & patched up, still showing holes. door latch unsecured, phone did not work, reported the night after booking room. Was told no more phone’s available by another young lady. House keeper the next day I asked for extra towels since I was staying more than one day. She still entered my room after I told her I didn’t need her to come. Last day of stay, housekeeping came in my door before 10am & and I had do not disturb sign on door. Called downstairs to front desk on my cell phone since there was no phone to use in room. Front desk apologized and said I was the 3rd person that called about housekeeping. Very unprofessional and didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was processed eggs, and sausage not cooked fully. Not very appealing nor Employee over breakfast was housekeeper, that said she doesn’t speak English. Coffee seemed to be okay. Not sure about filters clean on Juice dispenser, didn’t trust it.

I like the location to Dulles Airport. The staff at the front desks was friendly and helpful. The lock on the door to my room(310) was difficult to open. Also there was a small amount of black mold on the shower wall.
