Très bon hôtel!
Nous avons séjourné juste une nuit dans l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et avait une jolie vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Une très jolie attention m’attendait au petit déjeuner pour mon anniversaire!

Bel hôtel bien situé avec vue splendide sur la mer
Arrivés de nuit, nous avons eu une excellente surprise en ouvrant les rideaux le lendemain matin. La vue sur mer est superbe !

Déception
De belles chambres modernes et bien aménagées, mais seulement 2 ascenseurs pour le personnel et les clients, c'est insuffisant, comme l'espace plage de l’hôtel , être obligé de partagé un parasol avec d'autres clients ne m'a pas paru à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner présentait une grande variété mais des produits de piètre qualité, à vouloir être original on devient prétentieux et on passe à côté de l'essentiel un peu moins, mais bon c'est dommage car nous sommes déçus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me where to order a Grab to buy flowers and then later wrapping paper, wrapping tissue and gift boxes. I also was able to get ice every night to have a drink in my room. Internet was fast, highly recommended. Will stay here again next time I come to Nha Trang. Thank you staff at Novotel! -Tuan Banh

시내를 둘러볼겸 예약을 했었는데 호텔의 퀄리티가 예상했던 것보다 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 좋은 경치, 해변가에 무료로 접근이 가능하고 괜찮았습니다. 아침 조식도 일반적인 호텔 조식에 조금 맛이 특이하긴 하지만 김치도 나옵니다. 가성비가 최고라고 생각이 듭니다. 침구류는 매우 깨끗했으며 화장실도 좋았습니다. 특히 TV에 유튜브가 지원되는 것이 매우 좋았습니다. 다만, TV에 와이파이가 연결이 되어있지않아서 제가 직접 연결해야했던 것은 조금 아쉬웠던 부분이었습니다. 또, 호텔 내의 수영장 같은 경우에 햇볕이 잘 들어오지 않아서 1월달에 수영하기에는 매우 추웠습니다. 또, 근처에서 밤늦게까지 귀에 거슬릴정도로 시끄럽지는 않았지만 음악소리가 들려오는 것은 조금 흠입니다. 다만, 창문과 샷시를 좋은 것을 썼는지 문닫으면 안들립니다. 에어컨 덕트는 조금 더 깔끔하게 청소할 필요가 있어보였습니다. 수북히 쌓인 것은 아니었지만 조금 더 청결하게 유지할 수 있어보였습니다. 에어컨 컨트롤러 옆에 종이로 간단하게 사용설명서를 붙여두었으면 어땠을까하는 아쉬움이 있습니다. 야경이 예쁘게 보이는 호텔이라그런지 다소 방이 어둡습니다. 침대등을 여러개 설치해두긴 했지만, 천장에 불이 없고 모두 간접 조명이라 밤이되면 제법 어둡습니다. 다만, 좀 어둑하고 고즈넉한 분위기 좋아하신다면 추천이겠네요. 직원들은 친절했고 훌륭했습니다. 마사지도 퀄리티가 괜찮았구요. 다음에 또 나트랑에 오면 해당호텔에서 가성비있게 묵고 싶습니다.

If you like cold showers in the morning in the morning, this is your hotel. Four days and four cold showers. Complained but nothing happened. During dinner rat, not mouse, ran across the floor. After waiting for dinner over an hour, we left. Second and last time we are staying at this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay
Novotel Nha Trang was awesome to stay at. The room we had looking over the ocean was impressive, having the doors open on the balcony listening to the waves were amazing. The hotel was close to all the bars and restaurants you would like to drink or dine at. The room was clean and staff were great. Would stay at this hotel and will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay in Nha Trang.

It was close the the firework, quite convenience. However, the breakfast and service was horrible. We waited forever to get the table clean. Plates and silverware wasn't available. Staff was cleaning and taking plate and fork with dirty hand. Wiping off table with dirty towel. It was unsanitized.

Check in process was quick and easy. Staffs were eager to help. Giving the building is a bit dated and can’t beat the location. Breakfast was good and a lot of options to chose from.

Everything is perfect to get excellent scores, but failed to keep me in the same room with the same prize to extend my staying for 9 days. For that reason, I have move to December hotel which makes me feel better
